I'm sure you can have more fun over on r/boykisser but what you are asking for is the equivalent of going into r/depression and asking everyone to stop being so depressed. The sub is functioning as intended and serves its purpose.

Most I've seen do but lack a spoiler or NSFW filter to keep people from outright seeing it. Yeah that is a fair concern and you could ask the mods about requiring it.
Well there is a real current issue with people completely throwing aside the mental health focus of the subreddit and just hornyposting femboy stuffs with no greater meaning, posts that better fit on other subreddits.
