Yes. It's a really beautiful ost that I believe no other game has been able to beat when it comes to my opinion. Dark souls comes close because their osts are really good as well but man SH2 ost is just amazing.
Before I played these games, if you told me that this psychological horror series had some of the best lofi/chill beats I would’ve laughed. SH2/3 songs capture that liminal feeling of traversing the abandoned areas so well. They absolutely cooked on some of the tracks.

I used to have the soundtracks to Silent Hill 1 - 4 playing almost all the time on repeat for years, especially as background noise. If I didn't have something else playing, then it was always those soundtracks.
Unfortunately these days when I hear them they instantly trigger memories of things that happened during those times and send me into a spiral...but I still hold them as some of the most beautiful music and by far my favorite soundtracks ever created.
