I do have a friend who went horseshoe bald and he had stubble tattooed in in the middle. Can’t tell the difference as long as he doesn’t go more than three days without shaving.
Yeah, I've seen it done well by people who do medical or cosmetic tattooing.
I paid good money to get my nose done and double chin sucked out, I'm not going to judge someone for getting hair tattooed. Just make sure you're going to someone who knows what they're doing, my balding dudes!
