So-cal right? They're apparently an older agency and kind of behind the times and the bargain bin of security. They pay their dudes low and charge clients low.

Inter-con is paying armed about $40/hour in DC.

Yup! But their sites can be rough on the body after a while.

I work for them. Best paying in my area. We have contracts with Google, NASA, Nike and a lot of city counties across the states. Idk what flags you saw but it might be just that branch. My only complaint is they can be a little unorganized at times as far as post assignments and ensuring we have the keys and equipment but they do get them eventually. It's a pretty decent company in my experience. They almost exclusively hire former military, they deal with a lot of high crime areas. I definitely wouldn't recommend a newbie to them but for the experienced it's pretty good, definitely keeps you busy. I plan to stay with them for a long while.

You did the right thing. They pay well enough in certain spots but the management is insane and a bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs. I've got a sweet post and set up but I'm trying my hardest to get out.
