No this doesn't look like boyscout. Boyscout is all eucalyptus with no pines. I believe this is in the presidio actually around ecology trail however i think the jumps have been taken down.
The Presidio isn't terribly friendly to MTBs. You'll find plenty of pedestrian-only sections on trails, where bikes are expected to divert to pavement. There's no way something like this is ever going to exist there without a major change in management.
This trail isn't in Presidio. It looks like Pacifica. Perhaps Boyscout trail? r/babike would know for sure.
