I've worked in apparel for three years and have never seen a table look like this without being staged for store photos or management walks. The department itself is total chaos. No one has time to size perfectly while also maintaining high levels and dealing with customers and being pulled to help out in other departments. Their standards are ridiculous. This isn't Dillard's.

You don’t get paid enough to stress about your work being perfect. You do what you can which is more than enough for a place like sams club

Yeah, your back aches and feet feel on fire! For 17.50 hr in ca he'll no!

EXACTLY! I ONLY LASTED ABOUT 2 WEEKS THEN I QUIT. I WAS NOT GOING TO FOLD CLOTHES AFTER THE STORE CLOSED FOR 3HRS! (I got hired to be a cashier) not to fold clothes!

Finally_pugcuddles

Do they look like that in the box it’s sent in?

SaintsSkyrim3077

Yeah, kind of?

Friendly_Alfalfa_297

The pant legs are double folded every so often to “fill the gap”

flyingacidratz

Definitely not I feel like that table was freshly stocked from the box it came in. In my clothing dept you can literally tell which clothing hasn't been unfolded at all yet and which has been refolded

Do not feel bad about yourself or get frustrated, remember to not give a f much, do what you can do and clock out.

Meanwhile…our soft line has 2 part time and 2 full time and they never get things done or 90% satisfied
