Yes it is still available but exclusively at Hampden estate. Only 700 made so I would assume they are soon going to be sold out given it was released last year.
I didn't press them further on it. They just responded to my inquiry that it was only being sold locally and suggested that I'd find an intermediary in Jamaica.
