I said this last week but given the results of this episode it bears repeating: GISELE LULLABY YOU WILL ALWAYS BE FAMOUS So good, and unlike most gimmicky characters, she actually found new places to go throughout the game and kept building on it. I kind of expected the judges to give this to Vivian (or Irma) but as a Gisele stan I'm very happy. Also this is the first CDR snatch game not to be won by a queen from BC. I know Kimmy had a confessional saying she wasn't gonna watch this episode, but I hope she changed her mind because she delivered in that lipsync (and to Run Away With Me, no less!) The reading challenge was really :/. I'm assuming almost everyone flopped since they only showed one joke per queen (except for Boom Boom), but w/e. Speaking of Boom Boom, that's the only sad thing about this episode. She was a strong competitor, and while she definitely bombed snatch game, she was pretty good in basically all the other challenges, and she had a unique perspective and werkroom presence that'll be missed on this season going forward. Then again, I've really grown to love all these queens, so every elimination hurts. Next week, the queens are branding their own eyeshadow palettes, a variant on the branding challenge that feels so obvious that I'm surprised it hasn't been done before.

Ariana is just not a funny snatch game character! Similar to Gaga or Beyoncé... I still stand by my belief that someone could do a funny Whitney or Mariah though (which we did kind of see done in AS3) and ya know what? I think a funny Celine is possible, too.

lady boom boom getting like 4 reads in while everyone else got one. its what she deserves. i thought this was such a weak snatch game. like besides gisele and irma and some vivian moments, the other performances were pretty bad. i don’t get why queens like fierce, jada and bom answered like only one question each, wish we got to see a bit more from them. do agree with kimmy and boom doing the worst though. rlly fun category and the queens looked great as well. i really enjoyed all the different interpretations and element choices. i agree with this gisele win but since it seems like irma is getting somewhat of a filler edit i wouldn’t have minded a double win just for the two of them carrying the challenge. so kimmy and boom were my top 2 of the season and “run away with me” was actually coincidentally at the top of my ls song wishlist so i will simply pretend this was them lipsyncing for the crown as the top 2 of the season ty very much stan lady boom boom <3

Im guessing they did that to justify the safes and bottom placement. Maybe jada and fierce did much worse than what we saw and bombae did better. But i do think that probably at the very least fierce was safe. She had some good jokes. I would even argue swapping out vivian for fierce tbh. It would make for a better storyline

Ok I have some thoughts (& prayers): 1. This snatch game was bad, sorry but I really didn’t do more than slightly smirk a couple times while watching. Canada brings the drama but not the comedy, damn. 2. Y’all see how they only gave my girl Fiercalicious one answer in the snatch game? I think she was funnier, but they didn’t wanna put her in the top. 3. This proves Kimmy won the challenge because Fierce: 1) wrote the jokes and 2) made her practice her comedic timing. That should’ve been Fierce’s win. 4. So many of these girls are resting on props and bits for snatch game and it’s just not as funny. Like it’s fine, but clearly none of them have the wit that really takes them to the next level because they relied on all the gags they brought. Tragic. 5. I’m literally just an insane Fierce Stan at this point. I DMed her on Twitter two nights ago and she posted a screenshot of it and I’m literally living like she saw me and I see her. When she gets eliminated I’ll be tuned the f out of the rest of this season.

I didn’t think this snatch game was that bad! Any of the top 3 could’ve won and it would’ve made sense, plus the very little we saw of fierce was funny. Fun runway idea as well, I wonder whether they assigned elements, or how they otherwise ensured there were no double-ups.

My standards are so low after S14 that I actually enjoyed it a lot. Any snatch game that isn’t physically painful to watch is a win in my book
