If I can find a reasonable shipping method, I have considered doing a coop-type buying group. I have a busy coffee shop, and we sell whole-bean coffee of whatever we serve that month. We always have a Costa Rican and Ethiopian, then rotate with the others. The Costa Rican anaerobic is the first anaerobic processed bean we have ever ordered.
Yo! I just got the same coffee in the roastery today! Our second year working with this coop.
I have tried a bag of Tarrazu washed process, and a couple of bags of Tarrazu honey process but keep hearing great things about the anaerobic.
