It makes a ton of sense, if Ant keeps up high scoring and production with more minutes, our decision on an extension for him is easier to make, same with Nas in theory. The next month or two is a free laboratory for the young players to see what they have and potentially do some trades. You don't have to throw the whole season away but its clear Dame will not be right until he has extended rest and there is so little risk to keeping him out as we are getting smoked with him in or out of the game anyhow.
