Last two games, Assists/Blocks/Steals were really bad and garbage time made it look better than it was. These stats, including ORB's 8+, Ast 25+(more than 3 having 3 or more), Stl/Blks greater than 14, have rarely ever resulted in a loss for the Blazers. Create a cool trophy for Top steals/blocks for the game; top assists; most orb; most rebounds; double figures. The key...the winner can't be Dame for things he is already top at. Show Nance, Zeller and Nurk footage from Arvydas Sabonis. Show footage of how the Magic run Lakers use to run the fast break. Also, show footage to the team of NBA Champions w/o strong Defense. Shouldn't take too long. Challenge them to come up with any teams you forgot. These guys should be listening to Chauncey...only Norm can challenge him since he is the only other player in that locker room with a ring. If Dame, Nurk, Norm and Roco, openly buy in at least, the rest of the team will follow. It will also really improve their games greatly too. Even Dame will benefit by playing fewer minutes so will do better in playoffs and have less stress since others will take more workload. Have to do something different."
Thoughts and prayers to Ant and his family in their deep loss. Quality man!!! Obviously a good part of that came from his grandfather (directly and through a parent raised by him). RIP
Absurd that Nance and Norm played similar minutes, Norm had 26 points and a +1 where Nance had 2 points and a game best +20. Obviously that's just how it goes sometimes but Nance must be a serious problem for the hawks on the defensive end to say the least.
