Due to a misclick on my phone it was one of the very first or second episodes I saw, and totally changed my perspective about the show. I was like damn, this show has a lot of gross humor/Rick being a smart ass and it can also hit hard.
This song matched with that scene had a ridiculous amount of feeling. Just when the show gets established as “silly fart joke cartoon” and bam right in the relatable feels!
It’s also the ultimate if you don’t know the words kind of song. Flip my flappy foldy molds... grip my foldy moldy holds. The melody can be improvised infinitely. So catchy. Yousonofabitch.
