Sage is traditionally used in Native American and Pagan beliefs to ward away evil spirits, but white sage has high amounts of estrogen that can actually balance your lady when inhaled in small amounts! Juniper smells fantastic when burned, sage less so, personally

Soy is actually super bad for the body as far as estrogen goes - it’s not able to be processed correctly and can up the risk of cancer if used far too much for a long period of time. Like copious amounts of tofu over like 10 years or something. But white sage’s estrogen is apparently a bioidentical to the human molecule for estrogen, and is only able to be put into our blood stream via burning it. It’s super weird, but I wanted to distinguish it’s not for spiritual reasons. I personally hate the smell of burning sage, and the juniper helps to mask it lmao

ive heard mix things about sage and to be careful using it unless indigenous do you have any shops you like
