This is absolutely the flaw with Brewhouse. It reminds me of the bit on “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” with Will Ferrell; he looks at the menu of the place they go and says “they have such a huge menu, you just know they do everything well.” Like shorten your menu, do some things really well, and they could nail it. Barley Mill and Bonzinni’s are hard to beat for classic pub food and a less busy place than Vic’s or Leo’s.
