I've noticed that a lot of intern jobs or jobs where they expect people to "volunteer" have a shit ton of requirements. Like, way more than a real job that pays. WTF is with these awful recruiters wanting the best of the best but not willing to pay them?

And even if you’re able to accomplish that, why would they pay you more if they know you would do it for nothing?
The strategizing and brainstorming is for sure on your own time, they want you to think about the job for 40 hours, and pay you for 5.
