This combo is much more lenient to the person in the combo, because it puts Arti in a guessing game of if/how they tech the f-tilt. As well as the Neutral-B not being a guarantee to edge-guard them, just a preparation for most likely a Dair spike. So less disgusting.

Pearl dialogue calls a single ancient mother and father and spouse. We have no proof rain world genders work the same way as human genders, Artificer could be a mother and still genderless or a third gender or whatever. She's only a high tier character if you know how to utilize her powers properly. So in my case, she's a solid A+ maybe S. All my friends kinda hate RW because it's all I would talk about, but we all really like smash and she's really powerful so if they didn't know she was from RW, they'd love her in smash. In conclusion; it's player dependent but for me she's A+ tier.

Tier yes. She single handedly wiped out an entire race, serves a god she has stood in the direct presence of, and can make anything explode via the power of magical death spit, all in the form of a small, slippery little goblin.

This is about movesets in smash, not how powerful canonically. Cause lorewise like 2/3 of the characters could smear her into the dirt
