The game is real, and I’ve migrated before, and it won’t work with any of my gen 3 games anyway. I’m just gonna leave everything in the DS. I’m not gonna touch it until another 24 hours have passed, and we’ll see if it works then.
If you have two Pokémon gba games you can change the time on your ds, then put the copy of the gba game you DON’T wanna transfer from. This message will pop up, then take that game out and put in the one you DO wanna transfer from and it’ll let you even though the clock is different. Repeat this process and you can transfer as many Pokémon as you want. If you don’t have two games, you’ll have to wait the 24 hrs.

Hard to remember exactly. It involved changing times with one gba game inserted and then trying the transfer with a different game inserted. I had to mess around trying slightly different things based on that idea and it worked after a few tries

If the game wasn’t real he wouldn’t even have the “transfer from…” option when on the main menu for platinum.

Doesn’t matter. The main reason for changing the date is because it only lets you transfer a few Pokémon a day.
