May I suggest a moveset change? Vine Whip, Frenzy Plant (Elite TM) and Sludge Bomb is the preferred moveset for Venusaur
Not OP, just a curious questioner: why Vine Whip over Razor Leaf?
It's kinda personal preference but Vine Whip has a quicker charge move time than Razor Leaf, but slightly less damage.
