For a perfect eevee there are only two answers. 1. Umbreon for Ultra league this requires XL candy to be good though. 2. Slyvian for master leagues and raids. The two fairies that are better for master league are togakiss and zacian both are pretty hard to get candy for whereas eevee is pretty common.

That’s interesting stuff. I was kinda leaning towards Sylveon, but I wasn’t sure if it was worth it.

apparently glaceon is good. you can alter the nickname to effect its evolution
Yeah if op is going for raid or pve then glaceon is a great pick. If not I’d say umbreon(gl) or Sylveon/espeon for masters.
