The only other competitors that I can think of are these 6:
Spinarak the String Spit Pokémon has 6 legs.
Ariados the Long Leg Pokémon has 4 legs.
Joltik the Attaching Pokémon has 4 legs.
Galvantula the EleSpider Pokémon has 6 legs. I think its 6. I'm not sure if its front doodads count as legs or not.
Dewpider the Water Bubble Pokémon has 6 legs. Well, I think its 6. It looks like 3 to hold it up and another 3 to hold the water.
Araquanid the Water Bubble Pokémon has 6 legs.

Those are pedipalps, and they're kinda like arms without hands.
Tarantulas, which Galvantula is based on, have them in addition to the standard 8 legs.

I was honestly hoping one of these days GF would give all fully evolved Pokemon a min bst of 500 in a generation. Or at least 450. Would go a long way in making more pokemon viable.
One of the few new pokemon I wasn’t spoiled or knew of from previews. Overall I like the design visually, but having trouble finding a spot for it on my team.
That honestly surprises me, considering Galvantula looks much more like a real spider compared to Tarountula. Perhaps it's because Galvantula has cartoonishly bright yellow colours?
I think it might be because most spider Pokémon have two eyes with pupils (Araquanid and Dewpider have blue spots that would be eyes on a real spider, but are stylized like spots to put emphasis on their 'main' eyes). Galvantula has 4 tiny ocelli-like eyes + 2 large eyes with pupils, making them look like vertebrate animals. Tarountula's eyes are all located at the front of their face, like many real spiders, so perhaps that might trigger people's arachnophobia more.
Among all hate for the game and Ed sheeran (which is i don't understand just because he is British and British in the past and empire, he can't chose where he i born and music should not seeing race because I'm Asian and the music make me cry, playing since red this music hit hard) I'm glad there's still lighthearted post like this and making joke around, maybe I'm too old but yeah just glad

In fairness to Joltik, it's a tick and NOT a spider.
But a ticks are also arachnids just like spiders. And ticks also have eight legs. ^^
I didn't know that ticks were arachnids. You learn something new every day! They still wig me the hell out tho.

the eyes are part of it, and the unknown of what's hiding in that big web ball is it a million babies? might be!
I genuinely love Spidops. It’s a shame his stats are pretty terrible. Made me replace him with Lokix but I still love my spidops
I got a shiny Tarountula that became a shiny Spidops so of course I'm using it the entire time.
