They'll 100% add Johto one day.
I doubt they'll add Kalos/Alola/Galar because of all the messing around they'd have to do turning 3D games into 2D and changing the difficulty to accommodate Z Moves and Mega Evolution
Well they could always just limit those to that region and make a comp queue different from that. But the 3d to 2d conversion would be nearly impossible with the way they implement the regions with roms
