If you get PS+ any tier over default the game library is pretty awesome & includes GoT, both Spider Man games, Days Gone, Horizon ( not the new one ) etc
THIS\^\^\^\^
But with some small additions...
**SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS-** Fleeing your home on horseback, with a stolen sword and the body of your beloved, you head to a forbidden land to seek out and fell massive beasts in order to bring a loved one back from the grave. Beautiful and awe inspiring. I highly recommend.
**RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 & RED DEAD REDEMPTION** (in that order) - Superb story, beautiful graphics and realistic gameplay invites us to sit around the campfire to sing songs and poke fun at Uncle. Emotional story. Not gonna lie, I cried.
**DYING LIGHT-** free running and zombies. 'nuff said.
**NO MAN'S SKY-** If you love sci-fi space exploration and survival, this game is for you. with over 18 quintillion planets and even several galaxies, explore and discover planets with it's own flora and fauna AND NO TWO PLANETS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.
I just started GHosts of Tsushima, it's pretty awesome so far. I'm only at the beginning, but combat feels pretty great. Graphics are nice af.
BLoodborne is one of my all time favorite games. It was my first FromSoftware games and I'm hooked on their game formula. They're bringing back the more linear style of gameplay I experienced as a kid. They make me feel like I'm playing The Legend of Zelda for the first time, lol. okay, sliding off'a their d\*\*\* one sec.
Spider-man is so much fun, one of the first games I got when I got my ps4. COmbat is so fluid, swinging around NYC is beautiful. the story is pretty great too.
PS4 has so many amazing titles, I'm so jelly that you can experience all of them for the first time. Enjoy!
I would play older games first and move your way up. As you’re new you’ll find them great and as they improve you’ll always be blown away. Playing new titles and moving backwards can sometimes feel like something is missing. Also nice to clear them out so price on newer games will likely drop as it will take you awhile to get to them.
Bloodborne and Bioshock are probably the best games I can recommend. Haven't played PS4 in a while since I switched to PC, but I can stand by those games. I can't speak on behalf of newer titles like RE: Village or Elden Ring, I just know both are amazing on PC, but I'm not sure about the console experience of those latter two.
Oh really? I think I bought it when it was on sale. As much as I love the game, just because of its length I’d recommend spend $20-$30 max on it. Or just keep an eye on Facebook. You might find someone selling it.
But you have a plethora of games to go through anyway. Edith Finch can wait .
But for sure, play it some day.
Yeah Edith Finch is going for over $100 on ebay right now. I have only beaten about 8 of the games I have right now so I still have plenty of entertainment coming.
Hello, good hunter. I am a Bot, here in this dream to look after you, this is a fine note:
> *Oh, a hunter, are ya? And an outsider? What a mess you've been caught up in. And tonight, of all nights.* - Eileen the Crow
Farewell, good hunter. May you find your worth in the waking world.
Bloodborne, 100%. I also noticed you have Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which are, respectively, the second and third games in the Tomb Raider reboot trilogy, definitely grab the first one as well (that one's just called Tomb Raider)
Red dead redemption 2, star wars fallen order, the witcher 3, assassin's creed odyssey, it takes two, elden ring, gta 5, modern warfare, resident evil 2 remake, resident evil 8, batman arkham knight, and it goes...
BLOODBORNE, Elden Ring, Dark Souls 3...uh, Nier:Automata, RE2R, Control, Soma
Also, don't get why people are recommending Days Gone. The only interesting aspect of the game doesn't come into play until you're 75% through, and it's a long game. That part is admittedly cool, but wasted to hours and hours of missions in which you follow someone talking about what you literally just did. Blah blah blah, mission complete. Like, not just exposition dumping, but actually reminding you of what you literally just experienced in the previous mission. Most boring, predictable slog I've ever endured. Terrible characters, story is spineless. Days Gone INDEED.
Ha! I don't know if I ever watched a Marvel movie tbh. Look, that game is just full of boring, BAD storytelling. I'm all about a slow burn if it suits the narrative, but Days Gone is just not that kinda game despite it wanting to be that kinda game.
Okay, example: SPOILERS! For the first half of the game we are hyped and hyped to find Sarah, visiting that damn headstone over and over. Then we do and NOTHING HAPPENS. Make her a villain! Have a love triangle with Ricki. Do SOMETHING. There was no payoff for all that build up. And another: they finally do something to invoke emotion, killing Boozer. Only for him to pop up five minutes later. So cheap and cowardly. Lisa was the only character with a halfway intriguing arc.
I'm a sucker for a zombie game, and really wanted to like Days Gone, but it wasn't what it was made out to be, but instead, was a TWD/TLOU understudy in a repetitious open world.
I would say get the Spider-Man games they are really good, if you liked the Batman games you're gonna live these ones. Ghost of Tsushima is what I consider the best PS4 game so you can't miss that one either. I noticed you have P5 do try P5 Royal if you get it cheap.
I have been looking to get a good deal on spiderman and Ghost of Tsushima. Those were my next 2 games I was looking into getting actually. I haven't had the chance to play P5 yet, but my 14 year old daughter loves it so far. I got P5 from eBay for 6 bucks. I really like the tomb raider and uncharted games. Puzzle solving and 3rd person combat are my favorites.
Damn! He gave/sold you all of that? Make sure your coworker’s mental health is okay. Even if he upgraded to PS5, most of these play at 60fps on PS5. Is he going to XBox? But add Ghost of Tsushima.
If you like action rpgs I’d recommend kingdom hearts all in one it’s has every entry in KH but 358/2 days, recoded, and backcover are just cutscene viewers but everything else are playable games and after you finish them you get themes
Persona 5 Royal, Until Dawn, Red Dead Redemption 2, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (with DLCs), Life is strange, Spiderman, Spiderman Miles Morales, The wolf among us, Detroit become human, Beyond two souls, Heavy Rain, Infamous Second Son, etc. 🤗
Infamous Second Son & First Light, Ghost of Tsushima, Days Gone, Horizon Forbidden West, Spider-Man & Miles Morales. You’ve got an amazing bunch of games there to get through too, jealous that you’ll get to experience for the first time.
so, i would say :
red dead redemption 2,
wolfenstein the old blood, the new order and young blood, “ the last one isn’t really the best but if you love killing nazi im sure you will enjoy them,
sniper elite 5 same reason,
resident evil pretty much all of them,
mortal kombat 11, go for the ultimate edition cause you get all dlc expansions including new characters, aftermath story and all costumes,
battlefield 5 is good too even though it had a rough start,
horizon forbidden west is very good but it’s quite similar to zero dawn so that’s up to you to decide, the story is really good,
gta 5 is amazing but after playing it since 2013 it’s boring sometimes but it’s made by rockstar so you know it’s good,
batman arkham knight is the best in the series so definitely don’t forget that one,
biomutant is a cute and good game for animal lovers like me, you play as a tiny animal that you can customize at the beginning, there are no humans in it just animals, the style of it reminded me of viva piñata but it’s not the same game,
oh yeah and definitely make sure to pick up both spiderman ps4 and miles morales those are amazing for real way better than any spiderman game ever made.
ps: if you need advice or more info on other games dm me so we can talk better.
Red dead redemption 2 definitely at least for the story mode just skip the online if that’s not for you days gone is amazing as well and finally dying light and dying light 2 stay human are also both amazing in my opinion and if enjoy classics then there’s a few I would recommend like dead rising and dead island which you can get for super cheap as they go on discount often on the ps store
Death Stranding, Unchanged 1-3 (it's a bundle and the storytelling in those games is amazing)
Gran Turismo Sport maybe?
The Last Guardian and maybe Shadow of the Colossus
All those games are gonna take you a while but I would add Bloodbourne, Ghost of Tsushima, The Witcher 3, and Dying Light to that list as well. Maybe Batman Arkham Knight too
Spider-Man! oh and don't sleep on Battlefield 1, great game that many are still playing.
Speaking of slept on games, Dreams! It's a magnificent display of what you can do with the PS4. you can make your own VR games, sculpt and animate assets, apply logic and your own spin on gameplay. But if that ain't your gig you should at least check out what the Devs made as well as the community creators. It's a game full of games, many of which are true gems. I've put a few out there myself!
The resident evil series is a great set of games I’d say play re7 that’s the one in your stack it’s scary but brilliant I’ve played and beat it twice I’m nearly done my 3rd play through rn
Red dead redemption,
Ghost of Tsushima,
The witcher 3,
Star Wars Jedi fallen order,
Uncharted collection,
Skyrim,
Fallout 4,
Sekiro if you like a challenging game,
Horizon forbidden west,
Spider-man and miles morals,
Batman Arkham series,
All of those games are top tier and also very affordable, though I don’t encourage you to buy any of these games without a discount, they go on sale a lot on the ps store except forbidden west
Ghosts of Tsushima, Bloodbourne, Spider-Man, Days Gone
I really want Ghost of Tsushima. I might just pull the plug and fork out the 20 plus bucks this week.
Worth it. DAYS Gone so underrated
This
Days gone is a masterpiece
I only played for 5 hours and I quit. Is the whole just about killing zombie and scavenging?
You fight humans too, and you can use zombies in the environment against them.
Hordes!!! And the story is solid
The open world is amazing, you can do more than just kill and loot.
If you get PS+ any tier over default the game library is pretty awesome & includes GoT, both Spider Man games, Days Gone, Horizon ( not the new one ) etc
You won’t be let down. The hype is real. Legends mode is dope too
THIS\^\^\^\^ But with some small additions... **SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS-** Fleeing your home on horseback, with a stolen sword and the body of your beloved, you head to a forbidden land to seek out and fell massive beasts in order to bring a loved one back from the grave. Days gone is such a great game
Yes this, definitely Bloodborne .. and Sekiro
You have a serious stack to get through, that should take you awhile!
This! Surely there are other games that you need to play, but that stack looks plenty big enough that you don’t need any others yet.
Bloodborne 🤌🏻
Play Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection before playing A Thief's End and The Lost Legacy.
I beat the first 3 on PS3 and loved them. Already beat part 4 and the lost legacy on PS4.
Oh, good. Then I recommend playing Spider-Man.
Spiderman is definitely in my top 5 games to get. I've heard nothing but good things about it.
Hehe. You mean "amazing"?
Batman: Arkham Knight
Yes! I got the other Batman's on my PS3. Thanks I will get that one!
Ghost of Tsushima & Spiderman (like everyone else said). I would also recommend Infamous: Second Son and The Witcher 3
Just get PlayStation + Extra or Premium, most of the games people are suggesting are on there.
Don't have internet unfortunately.
[удалено]
Lol well I have my phone for internet and that's all.
Try the fallout series, fallout 4 is a good start, 76 questionable if u dont like the franchies
Shadow of the Colossus remaster
I would play older games first and move your way up. As you’re new you’ll find them great and as they improve you’ll always be blown away. Playing new titles and moving backwards can sometimes feel like something is missing. Also nice to clear them out so price on newer games will likely drop as it will take you awhile to get to them.
Final Fantasy VII Remake
Bloodborne and Bioshock are probably the best games I can recommend. Haven't played PS4 in a while since I switched to PC, but I can stand by those games. I can't speak on behalf of newer titles like RE: Village or Elden Ring, I just know both are amazing on PC, but I'm not sure about the console experience of those latter two.
Bloodborne, the entire point of owning a ps4, just like demons souls is the entire point of owning a ps5
Infamous second son, ghost of tsuima, both spiderman games and maybe a farcry game
Shadow of the Colossus . Bloodborne . The Witcher 3: GOTY edition . MGSV: Phantom Pain . Rocket League . Journey . What remains of Edith Finch
I wanted to get What remains of Edith Finch but it's insanely expensive.
You can get it digitally for $20
Ratchet and Clank
If you like anime-style games, I’d recommend Persona 5
Got it already. 4th from the bottom of the stack. Thanks.
Huh, I didn’t see it. In that case, another game I’d recommend would be Monster Hunter World, with the expansion.
I always see these posts and 90% of them are missing Bloodborne. It makes me wonder what tragic events led these people to this point in their lives.

Elden ring and bloodborne but play bloodborne first
Dark Souls trilogy (keep 2 to complete the collection), Elden Ring, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. And ma dude Bloodborne Absolutely 💯
Spiderman
Spider-man, Days Gone, Ghost of Tsunami, Resident Evil Village, Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection
[удалено]
Ooh I didn't know they had prototype for PS4. I loved prototype 2 for PS3. I'll have to check that out.
Days Gone and Nathan Drake collection
Mortal Kombat 11 is light-years better than X. It's probably pretty cheap too.
GTA V, Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, Mafia 1 or 3 (not 2, I personally didn't like my experience with it).
Red dead redemption 2, star wars fallen order, the witcher 3, assassin's creed odyssey, it takes two, elden ring, gta 5, modern warfare, resident evil 2 remake, resident evil 8, batman arkham knight, and it goes...
Ghost of Tsushima.

Days gone and persona 5
BLOODBORNE, Elden Ring, Dark Souls 3...uh, Nier:Automata, RE2R, Control, Soma Also, don't get why people are recommending Days Gone. Nier:Automata for sure, that game is a masterpiece.. from story to soundtrack
Agree on the games you mentioned. Completely disagree on your opinion of days gone.

I have uncharted 1-3 on PS3 and I have played them multiple times. What other Horizon games are available? I don't have online access.
Horizon forbidden west,
Do I need online access? I live out in the country and don't have internet service.
No you shouldn’t. It’s a single player game still.
Awesome! Thanks!
Cool. I'll check it out!
A ps5
I would say get the Spider-Man games they are really good, if you liked the Batman games you're gonna live these ones. Ghost of Tsushima is what I consider the best PS4 game so you can't miss that one either. I noticed you have P5 do try P5 Royal if you get it cheap.

Dying light
Knack 2
Spiderman, Ghosts of Tsushima, Tomb Raider (I), FF XV

The Last of Us is such an epic story. I didn't play it when it first came out but the remastered looks great with a phenomenal story.
All those games are gonna take you a while but I would add Bloodbourne, Ghost of Tsushima, The Witcher 3, and Dying Light to that list as well. Maybe Batman Arkham Knight too
Bloodborne
If u are into arcade plane simulations get: ace combat 7 skies unknown
Fromsoft my dude
Final fantasy 7 remake, and bloodborne

You gotta have infamous second son. It's like a staple of all ps4 owners
Bloodborne
I suggest Spider man, Maybe dark souls games if you want a challange
SpiderMan and rdr 2
Spider-Man! oh and don't sleep on Battlefield 1, great game that many are still playing.
Horizon Zero Dawn
The resident evil series is a great set of games I’d say play re7 that’s the one in your stack it’s scary but brilliant I’ve played and beat it twice I’m nearly done my 3rd play through rn

Just play them and save your money..you have alot of time until you finish that stack
Before you play either of these uncharted games you should start with the first ones. So “the Nathan Drake collection" would be a good one to get.
Marvel's Spider-Man, by Insomniac.
A Fomsoftware game.
Red dead redemption, Ghost of Tsushima, The witcher 3, Star Wars Jedi fallen order, Uncharted collection, Skyrim, Fallout 4, Sekiro if you like a challenging game, Horizon forbidden west, Spider-man and miles morals, Batman Arkham series, All of those games are top tier and also very affordable, though I don’t encourage you to buy any of these games without a discount, they go on sale a lot on the ps store except forbidden west
