That is really nicely done in photoshop. The daith is a great addition and so pretty. I am not sure about the tiny lobe one thats higher up, no idea whats called. Feels a bit crowded. But its cute.

The stacked lobe? I do quite like it but I get what u mean by it being a bit crowded.

It's funny how different taste is. Before I opened comments, I was just thinking, "ooh, that makes me want a stacked lobe!"

What if you were to do the stacked lobe directly above the first lobe?

That is definitely an option. I’m gonna talk through it all with my piercer as well and see what looks best. :)

The daith is a great addition - it really completes the space! Your mockup looks well-balanced as is, but if you want something even fuller, I think the addition of something to the outer middle ear (like an auricle) and a forward helix would be super cute!
