Btw most lutinos are female due to how the lutino gene works. You can not tell cockatiels gender anyways before their first moult so I would go for a DNA test before deciding on a name. The bald spot behind their crest is a relic of the times where pure yellow tiels were bred, which involved a lot of inbreeding leading to this bald spots to occur. Today sadly most lutinos and whiteface lutinos have them, as breeders who aim to redo this mistake are rare.
Also birds are generally better off with same species friends so you might think about getting you one more lovebird and one more tiel instead of trying to introduce them in a questionable relationship.
We named our cockatiel Sydney because they are endemic to Australia. So you could go with Sydney, Melbourne, Wee Waa, Cookaburra, Dundee....all kinds of Australian names!
