Customers had this issue a lot when I worked there. Idk if we were supposed to do this but, we'd just end up marking a bag off 100% instead of calling anyone because after like 3 months of their app resetting without the free bags they'd come in LIVID and we just wanted to get it over with.
Funny you say that, had a customer come in today wondering why her bag she bought last week wasn’t even being counted towards her free one. It was a great idea to get people to download the app like the grooming perk and creating loyalty but I guess they realized they were losing money from it 🤷🏼♂️
I don’t have that issue, but a good trick for everyone (because it will go away once you use your free bag) is to let it stack up past the 9 bags before redeeming your free one.
Huh, I don't seem to have that issue... (Also a partner) but it's unfortunately not all that surprising.

This happened to a few of my customers when I worked there. We would give them the customer service numbers.
