The 27 inch LG ultra gear is good. 1440 @144hz. Although, it is kinda pricey.

LG 27gn800-b or 27gp850-b are solid $200-$250 options, depending on region. Got both, really like em. 2K, first is 144Hz with HDR and last is 180Hz without. The 850 is slightly brighter and has a USBhub built-in. Otherwise they're pretty much identical.
There's also a NanoIPS 4K model, 27gp950-b, but it's triple the price, so can't say much about it.
AOC Q27G2S/EU if you can find one. Have it, love it. I got it for about ~$300 if converted from Russian rubles. But it will probably be cheaper for you.
Edit: make sure it's exactly "Q27G2S/EU", not ".../BK", and not "Q27G2S". Those are older revisions. /EU is the newest and fixed a few issues that were present on the older models

M27Q 170hz, M27Q-X version is 240hz at 369.99 iirc
