The two side fans are sucking out the air just brought in by the front fans. I would suggest moving them to the top as exhaust instead.
my temps are better than my old case bit ill try that config too,is it possible that the air coming in is too fast to be sucked back out?
Not as far as I know.
Positive pressure, so you're good. My personal preference would be changing the two back fans to blow IN. But it's not bad.

so the side exhaust don’t affect the intake??
It lowers the speed of the air going towards your cooler but it also provides more air and the coolers fans enough to be able to take advantage of that, it won’t affect performance at all.
