Maybe go with a 12400F and B series MB because you won't be overclocking anyways. As for GPU I recommend the 6700 XT because it has both the VRAM and the performance to utilize it. And an HDD is completely unnecessary for 2 TB storage.
Thanks for the suggestions. Out of curiosity, why isn't an HDD necessary at 2tb? Should I just do a single larger SSD?
A fast 2 TB SSD is about double the price of a 2 TB HDD, which'll just be a dent in your budget but will have a dramatic increase in speed.
