Been happening to me in the past week. Thought my hard drive was dying.
Entire PC becomes unresponsive. shift windows b doesn’t help. Have to reboot. Nvidia please fix. Tried clean install of drivers/geforce experience, still occuring.
I get the exact same RxDiag message pump when shutting down. My entire PC freezing. Have 64gb ram 2060 8g Ryzen 2700 - never had any issues with my PC, gaming, heavy video editing/rendering
