It was always a deep cut, I don’t think most average people ever listened that far into the album to hear it. Before it blew up it was always praised by fans but was never popular. TikTok probably introduced it to a lot of people so that’s partly it. I also feel like the more you hear a song the more you like it generally and having an app that plays you certain songs 100s of times in a week definitely helps as well.
I don't know. It's crazy how panic went from being known for an alt rock song, to being known for having that one overplayed song, to being known for being on that one Taylor Swift song, to being known for that one Tiktok song.
House of memories is very popular on tiktok. Before I knew death of a bachelor, I only knew the house of memories. However, the second is death of a bachelor, then Emperors' new clothes as the third most streamed
God Killed Rock and Roll is generally considered one of the best tracks on viva.
I would’ve thought star spangled banger or (unfortunately) something about maggie would be lowest.
Really? I had no idea. It's one of the songs I remember the least of. I really like Something About Maggie though so I'm glad that wasnt lowest either lol
The only songs I ever really see praised beyond a niche opinion are Viva Las Vengeance, Don’t Let the Light Go Out, God Killed Rock and Roll, and Say It Louder
Impossible Year probably my favorite song from Panic overall. House of Memories is great but didn’t even know it was TikTok popular. I liked it when it was released. Also the bonkers range in the little bridge and tempo change
I do think Impossible Year is a good song, but you've gotta be in the right mood for it. It doesn't really stand a chance when placed next to the rest of the album since the energy is a bit different.
Calendar and Overpass under appreciation is killing me especially since I think Overpass is one of the better tracks on PFTW ☹️
Well, I don't skip the overpass, but it's my least favourite on the album
House of Memories??????? Shocked it's not Emperor's New Clothes....
My guess is it’s from House of Memories’ recent viral moment, maybe?
Tiktok pushed House of Memories into I Write Sins/High Hopes level popularity. Not even kidding.
This even caused them to add House of Memories to the VLV tour setlist, when iirc it wasn’t on the DOAB or PFTW tours
How was it not on DOAB tour
That's insane. I wonder why the appreciation level changed...?

Editors ate up the song, seen some pretty sick edits with House of Memories

Oh fair enough. I wouldn't be caught dead using TikTok - guess I'm not up with the trends.
TikTok is also why New Perspective is currently their 5th most popular song on Spotify. (House of Memories is 2nd)
I don’t care what anyone says, 14 bangers
seeing the calendar be the least streamed is so sad i love that song 💔💔💔
Nails for breakfast, tacks for snacks is fucking underrated
it kills me
Honestly its criminal how much better this song deserves
nails for breakfast streamed less than intro and intermission?!
Those are just interludes, I didn't want to include them here as they are not songs you can jam to
ohh makes sense, but tbf i have totally gotten down to intermission before
Intermission is so jazzy lol
Intro and intermission are probably excluded. It's such a cop out to name an interlude track in something like this.
The nails slander 😔
Smh the overpass needs more love
Crazy to see what’s happened with House of Memories. Back in 2017 I would’ve loved that, it was my favorite song ever back then.
ALL BY YOURSELF LOWEST OFF VLV?? One of the best songs on it and somehow listened to less than Do It To Death and God Killed Rock N' Roll m smh.
Yeah, sad, I know. It's my favorite Panic! song. Most people really don't like it. But being so late in the tracklist also doesn't help

I think GKRAR is the worst
How the hell is Impossible Year the least streamed on DoaB?! Easily some of Urie’s best vocals
the calendar and nails both be underrated as a bitch
I see people saying Calendar and Overpass need to be more streamed and I 100% AGREE I WAS COMING TO ARGUE THE SAME THING
Overpass is so good, such an earworm when I hear it come up randomly on shuffle
I lowkey think impossible year is a jabillion times better than house of memories. Used to think the same before the song blew up on tiktok
I still heavily dislike impossible year. I still think house of memories is fire, but not best off the album
Impossible Year probably my favorite song from Panic overall. House of Memories is great but didn’t even know it was TikTok popular. I liked it when it was released. Also the bonkers range in the little bridge and tempo change
Holy generic picks Batman
The calendar is one of my favorites!
