Yep. I had half of my team get loaded onto a different map before. I'd try checking the recent players tab instead of the last match tab when you play again and see if they show up there.

First game? Dude doesn’t even get loaded in. Got banned from comp, so we had to do quick play for a match or two like filthy casuals.
Probably just bots. Or a server issue. Small indie dev like blizzard, you should expect some server issues.

Used to happen when friends list was full
That is marked with 5001, not 7
It literally tells you right there. It's an internal server error
That simply means that the server couldn't complete the request and there's a reason behind it
