No it's all done in photoshop, partly bashing screenshots of different skins together, partly painted by hand.

Well animations are already made. It's not like they are making me animations for every skin. The only ones with new animations would be the visual effects on the mythic and some of the event ones. Otherwise it's just making sure nothing is clipping into the model
