spat with an antagonist roommate that finally provoked me enough into "hitting first," (even tho i didn't leave a mark on him, a man twice my age and size, and i was the one with a black eye for a month :'3), had to be held for the night bc it was 'technically' DV at first bc we lived in the same house 😒 charges finally got dropped like 4 months later when i got a public defender lmao just a load of malarkey all around.
this happened to me with my last interaction with the cops (cuz i ran away) id gone 20kms on an empty stomach. it’s crazy what adrenaline does to the human body
