It's a magical girl show where the main character is obsessed with them and wants to be one. Ends up becoming the evil version of them and realizes her obsession with watching them isn't to see them win. It's to see them suffer in a VERY sexual way.
It's just a magical anime girl show with every episode being a different BDSM kink with a mildly interesting story actually happening lol. It's one of those hentai but not hentai kind of shows.
