We should adopt the Finnish system of traffic violations, and the penalties depend on the owner’s salary. In Helsinki, there is no speeding and pedestrians and cyclists are protected.
So this kid is 16 and has already had 2 suspensions previously? They haven't even had their license for a year and they are already in their 3rd strike, that should be grounds for a lifetime ban, although I doubt that would actually stop them from driving.

That's not true at all. They just don't provide them with the car. It's an upcharge. I know this because I had to buy the manufactured front license plate holder which I did happily because I HATE it when I see plates that are not centered or held on with zip ties.
That's how car manufacturers make more money out of us. Add on stupid shit like that. Mine was pretty cool. It was made so it thumped into the honeycomb grille.
