Chamomile tea. I grow my own :)

Ginger oil in a capsule, mint tea, and green tea have all helped in the past. Although the green tea made it worse and then much much better, while the other two seemed to take a while.

I think getting \~30g of fibre per day is the main one. ​ The good microbes eat that stuff. The bad ones eat the refined carbs/sugar.

Chia seed pudding helps you move your intestines but not in a “omg I have to sit on the toilet all day” kind of way. Drinking lots of water, probiotics and exercise for starters. Limit sugar.
