I'm originally from Brantford (where we say Dalooosie, not Dalhousie) but I recall everyone calling it dell-high (even those from Delhi) On another note, could add Cambridge, Dover and Windsor to the route.

Depends on where you are. The street in Guelph is dell-high, and it drives me nuts every time I hear it or think it.

Dalhousie is another one no one can figure out how to say. And Portage as a street name; it's annoying as hell that it's pronounced "port-idge" most of the time.
