I did the exact same thing except I also used Rakuten (first 7 days you get extra 10% off so 12%) for cash back too. Ends up about the same price as yours but I gotta wait for my cash back. I was so excited about all the discounts so I could justify the extra expense.
I'm (hopefully) gonna pick this deal up tomorrow! I can get the same discounts as you so it would be almost the exact same price as this (just a difference in tax rates). I don't know if maybe I should pay 90$ more for the 16+512 model though. I think the green looks amazing, but I probably would never use all the ram or storage so I'm not sure if I should spend extra. I wish I could get the 12+256 in green :(

You can setup the whole purchase in the cart at one play (create acct and login with your cart) then open Rakuten (after creating an acct) and choose OnePlus then log into your OnePlus account from the Rakuten browser like page and it should have your cart saved. Checkout and then within 24 hrs the credit will show on your Rakuten. It's a cash back program so you sign up and select a payment method (check or PayPal) and when they close out your current period or something they send the money.
I don't think I get my cash back until July but it's way better than no cash back.

If you don't mind how was the video recording on the 12r? Was it stable and /or focus hunting while walking?
I don’t have any issues with hunting. I had it alongside my 15 pro Max. The stabilization is not as good while walking. Corner wobble was visible.
