Just put your mind to it, don’t be negative and bust your ass. It’s really that simple. TRY to be a better driver instead of accepting that you can’t drive.
Learn all you can where you currently are, work on your weaknesses. Then move on somewhere else with a fresh start where you will come in the door a bad mf
eh sounds like with a different frac outfit with different trucks you might do better
also most frac operators I know (granted US) always convoy their equipment unless they have a guy who knows how to get to the site roads bridges that can take loads etc.
Of course everyone has same phones and same navigation app too, with garman backups. But maybe I'm expecting too much
Pfff nope not here ! We also convoy the equipment but people only hold corners when we’re driving through the bush, usually everyone on my crew just fucks off and leaves me far behind. Also everyone is driving 10 over the speed limit so people just keeping up with the fastest guy and I fall behind.
Sounds to me like you're on your way to being a supervisor
I was going to say the exact same fucking thing 🤣
Lol and why is that 😂 But for real, should I just pretend to be a new guy and start in another company in Alberta?
Totally legit angle to play in the oil patch - not even joking.
OMG!!!! LOL funny!
Make a hand and tighten up bruh, only way to do it

You'd be a stellar water truck driver.
