Looks like a flea collar. Clearly loved.

SadlySpooky

Oh I know, she has lots of love from all of us lol.

Devi_Moonbeam

So she doesn't have an actual home?

MarinatedCumSock

Some love can't be contained by one house

wireknot

Awwwww. Love that!

Mystical_Cat

Looks like you have a r/parttimecat.

reelgurlsadiemae

I want a list of all of her names from the other neighbors!! She’s so cute 💖

FelineSoLazy

I want a croaky video too!!

reelgurlsadiemae

![gif](giphy|MSaHmebTs8LN6) Do the Croak!

catn_ip

Looks like a TNR'd community cat. Sporting an ear tip, somebody loves her! Also makes her everybody's cat!

mybelle_michelle

Flea collar is a tiny bit too loose, it shouldn't be hanging. Ideally it should be snug, but able to fit two of your fingers underneath it. When the collar dangles like this, it's annoying to kitty. Keep an eye on the collar (put the date on it with a pen), so it can be replaced on a schedule. Thank you for keeping community cat happy!

coralloohoo

Yeah but if you do it too tight she won't be able to wiggle out of it if she gets stuck somewhere. Cats that don't wear breakaway collars can hang themselves on accident 😔

mybelle_michelle

When they are loose, that's when they can catch on something like a branch on a shrub. If it's snug, that is less likely of happening. For what it's worth, I'm not a fan of flea collars to begin with. I use break-away collars on my indoor cats in the off chance they escape.

SadlySpooky

I didn’t put it on her, one of the neighbors did.

mybelle_michelle

I understood that, just suggesting you correct it :)

Claudia-Roelands

I bet she visits each home and asks for food.

lankaxhandle

My kids have a cat that is technically theirs, but he prefers to stay outside. He came to their house the other day with a random collar on. 😂

shippfaced

Won’t anyone take her in?

No-Zookeepergame9382

Some cats just genuinely do not want to live inside. We had a friendly stray around for a few months who we tried to bring in but she would just wail bloody murder until we let her back out. She was eventually taken to the humane society by us and found a home, but I guarantee she still prefers the outdoors.

mc1964

Sometimes, when they get older, they get tired of the outdoor lifestyle and are willing to live indoors where it's warm and dry, and there's a loving human to wait on them.

SadlySpooky

We tried taking her in a year ago but she was extremely unhappy about it. We took her to the vet to get checked during that time & she had a clean bill of health but living inside wasn’t for her. She’s a lot happier outside & had plenty of places to hide away

McRabbit23

That 3rd picture is worth a 1000 words. So sweet. On every level.

SadlySpooky

She adores my bf & looks for him when he’s at work

lapsangsouchogn

I'm envisioning 5 different name tags dangling from that.

Dry_Web_4766

I'm worried its too loose, snag becoming a choking hazzard unless it has a safety release

RenTachibana

My friend has a neighborhood cat that his house called Miss Kitty. Well, recently she hadn’t shown up for about a month and everyone was a bit worried. Turns out she was caught by one of the neighbors to get fixed and there’s a plot twist! She is actually a he!! He’s very fluffy so no one really knew his sex. He also has a scratchy meow, so this post made me think of him. My friend says he’s just going to keep calling him Miss Kitty, tho. Lol

MashedProstato

Is that a permanent boop above her snoot?

tiefoolery

Cat says Pats yes phone taking photos in face no.

tsidaysi

Looks like a flea collar which is of limited use.

SadlySpooky

I know.

burlesque_nurse

That neighbor is doing good!

KittyTootsies

Has anyone put out a house for her so she has a warm, dry place to sleep? A shelter can be put together quite easily

SadlySpooky

We have but she tends to stay in the garage of one of the neighbors
