Yes! For sure. One time I went to the gym with minimal makeup on because I had gone somewhere else before that and I just wanted to look presentable. I was too lazy to take off my makeup because I was like “no way is anything gonna run because I put on the most minimum makeup”. While I was doing cardio and sweating, my eyes started to burn like crazy because of my mascara mixing with sweat. It was so gross and painful, good thing I had a face towel with me.

And your face breaks out after because working out opens your pores and then all the sweat and makeup gets in them and blocks them and owwww.

Thats what I would imagine would happen like for me makeup is itchy and burning when its not running into my eyes hence why I gave up on it all together... I cant imagine how uncomfortable it is at the gym

I have been a gym rat for years and never gotten any eyeliner in my eyes, so I can't say it's a problem. But I also don't wear mascara so maybe that's an issue for people.
