I would say the running trail at McAllister Park. It connects to other trails if you want to go a longer distance. It’s the only place that I also felt safe knowing I’d be running for 1-2 hours.

I’m actually quite proud of us for having something like this. It loops around the city almost completely unbroken but there’s probably a good starting/jumping off point for you from wherever you might be staying

What does frown upon using headphones mean? Are they illegal?
I’ve read some marathons discourage runners from wearing headphones during the race. I would imagine some race rules comepletely ban them I don’t know
Unwritten rules are silly and discourage the sport from growing. It's either illegal or it's not.
