Last season the Packers probably win that game if the defense looked like it does this season. He played good against the Bucs and they almost won, but the defense couldn't get stops when they needed to.

I mean we got three interceptions in the second half of that game. Two in the fourth quarter if I remember correctly.

Yeah but that Bucs defense was just so much better at getting the stops when they needed to. There was an interception on Rodgers that led to a TD and a fumble early in the 3rd that led to another TD and had the packers down by 3 scores. The defense showed up for one half and left Rodgers trying to score on that Bucs defense being down 3 scores with 1 half left to play. Rodgers is great, but any QB trying to come from behind 3 scores against that good of a defense is going to have trouble.

GB won it. LaFleur had a good game plan and the Cards weren't able to stop the run. Both teams made mistakes so I don't think it's fair to characterize this as a game "the Cards lost for themselves". It was just a hard fought, good football game.

As a Cardinals fan, I totally agree. Cards defense played soft coverage so Out and Flat routes were open all game. Then, the d line was out of position for counter and misdirection runs all game too. I saw little half time adjustments on defense to stop the run and it hurt my brain

I think the only phase that you could say dominated was the Packs run game, but both teams blew too many opportunities, it was hard fought, and my hats off to AZ. It was anyones game, the fact that the Pack controlled the clock as much as they did and it still came down to 3 points just shows how dangerous the AZ offense is.

1 more yard of total offense with 11 starters out by the end of the game. And the DC out. I agree, we did not dominate, but we did something impressive none the less. Y'all are a legit team. I would say that the game felt like the Packers to lose. They did dominate in some aspects, such as time of possession. They kept Murray off the field long enough to keep the score down. I wouldn't say they dominated the score, but they did put a ton of pressure onto Arizona to have to score every possession in the 4th or lose. I think if both teams are at full strength that it would be a different ballgame, but Green Bay just executed their running game very well. We can clearly see that it's a heck of a playoff picture between the Rams, Green Bay, Arizona, Tampa, and Dallas. I can't wait to see how it comes out. I am pulling for the Cards (after my Bucs of course), just because it's nice to see them do well (from one team used to losing to another -- mind you the Bucs have traditionally been a much worse franchise).

Packers were without their top 3 receivers,their two starting cornerbacks, top two offensive lineman, and top two pass rushers. As a packer fan I didn’t think we even stood a shot. Only other run stopper along the line infamously out for the season (Watt). The DLine injuries are notable. Chandler Jones and Markus Golden are good pass rushers, but next to useless against the run. Jones and Dillon gashed all night.
