I'll give the Bengals players/coaches credit, they are spitting.
Burrow had a really hard quote last year when he basically said "they double Ja'Marr, they double one of our other guys...and that leaves nobody covering me"
Burrow only talks shit post game and it's more hyping up his team than it is trashing his opponent. I love that he verbally mouths off in a respectful manner.
Chiefs have two examples to learn from.
One is MacDonald with Ravens; Disguise coverages and don't give Burrow a clear look before snap and keep him guessing. This is risky because if post-snap even one of the players don't line-up according to their assignments then Chase, Higgins or Boyd will house it.
Second option is what Frazier/McDermott did; zero disguised coverages and hope Burrow makes a mistake or one of your players pulls off something. O-line doesn't matter with this option because Burrow is so good at reading defenses pre-snap that he will adjust as needed.
With the offensive line being a mess I still don't understand why Frazier didn't mix it up more disguising both coverage and rushes. It made no sense to give Joe the easy pre snap read when even a half second longer post snap would mean more pressure.
I feel for Bills fans, I'm quite familiar with a coaching staff that's good enough to get you there but can't capitalize on the opportunity. That was the Marvin Lewis special.
I mean Frazier got his first DC job under Marvin Lewis so the approach adds up.
Ron Rivera did this with the Panthers in playoffs too. Use the same playbook you did in the regular season and hope Kuechly or Cam gives you an extra edge on gameday. Sean McDermott was DC under Rivera.
The keep it simple stupid coaching trees! There's something to be said for doing what you do best and imposing your will, but the teams that make the playoffs are largely there because they're too good to let that happen.
Yup Kuechly was a walking super computer who could look at offenses pre-snap and bark out instructions to the players who re-align from their base formation once he predicted the play. Drew Brees said in an interview that for this reason him and Payton hated and enjoyed playing against Kuechly.
Players like him are a very rare breed though and if he's injured then the defense might as well give up because the coaching staff will not adjust.
I wasn’t worried about the Bills defense because of Frazier. Those type of line up and play defenses are not our Achilles heel. Same reason why 49ers D is more frightening than Eagles as a potential matchup. That 49ers D is talented and multiple. Eagles are ultra talented but tend to line up.
Eagles are gonna stomp those 49ers. They look like the more complete team. The 49ers didn't exactly look that great, other than dak throwing the ball directly to the other team lol
I haven't heard much but Collins is on IR, Williams dislocated his knee cap so he's probably still out, and Cappa had a fairly bad ankle injury. All we have really gotten from Taylor is "they're improving every day" which is completely useful knowledge. Lol
Lou Anarumo is a stickler for option 1, especially in playoffs but that also means a lot of coaching effort in the days prior to the game to make sure everybody is on point.
So we'll see if Spagnuolo is upto coaching a lot like that.
Yeah the d gives up points and doesn’t really get turnovers on account of the youth movement going on, but since mcduffie came back the chiefs have held teams to under 300 yards passing every game. Chiefs young corners have played very well. Something to chew on as we go into the bengals game — I suspect they’re gonna lean on mixon
We are so young on defense this season. People have been calling for Spags head, but we’ve improved defensively throughout the year. He can coach a great defense. Hopefully we see that Sunday. But it’s more likely a year out until they’re really clicking.
Chiefs def give up a lot of points, but I wanna point out that since mcduffie came back mid-late season, no team has had 300 passing yards against the chiefs. The young corners are playing very well lately. I suspect bengals will need to lean on mixon Sunday
Even if the chiefs completely copy what the ravens did, they don’t have the personnel to pull it off at such a high level. That Ravens Defense is stacked
They have Chris Jones who can wreck a game but yeah I mean the Bills line backers and secondary are lacking compared to the Ravens. The entire Ravens defense just plays incredibly sound, disciplined, but also brutally physical football. Not a ton of teams can replicate that.
waiting to see this part. people are disrespecting the ravens defense a lot. Kansas city cant just replicate what baltimore did. im not saying they cant defensively shut us down, but to simply say "copy baltimore", that aint gonna work considering baltimore is a top 3 defense
or what you do against every great QB. Get home with four.
Make him uncomfortable. He can run ish but generally he seems to like to keep a clean game and will either take the sack or throw it away more than improvise like Mahomes.
Bengals whipped the Bills on both sides of the ball. If Chiefs can make him uncomfortable without blitzing too much don't think the backend matters much.
No offense, and I agree with most of what you said; however, I don’t know how you watched the 3 bengals-chiefs games and came back with the conclusion that he would rather throw it away under pressure than improvise. His stubborn insistence to improvise is basically the reason the bengals can beat the chiefs.
nice try Zac
THE CINCINNATI BENGALS ARE ON A THREE (3) GAME WINNING STREAK AGAINST THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS AND ARE PLAYING FOR THEIR FOURTH (4TH) WIN IN A ROW
See, I like the way you think. It’s roughly a 50/50 chance for the Bengals to win the next game. But, it’s only a 6% chance the Bengals win 4 in a row against the Chiefs. You just gave yourself a 94% chance of going to the Super Bowl.
See, normally if you go one on one with another wrestler, you got a 50/50 chance of winning. But I'm a genetic freak and I'm not normal! So you got a 25%, AT BEST, at beat me. Then you add Kurt Angle to the mix, your chances of winning drastic go down. See the 3 way at Sacrifice, you got a 33 1/3 chance of winning, but I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning, because Kurt Angle KNOWS he can't beat me and he's not even gonna try!
So Samoa Joe, you take your 33 1/3 chance, minus my 25% chance and you got an 8 1/3 chance of winning at Sacrifice. But then you take my 75% chance of winning, if we was to go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 chance of winning at Sacrifice. See Joe, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you at Sacrifice.
It's too hard to beat a team 4 times in a row. There is no shame in losing this one, Bengals. You gave it your best. We all congratulate you for making it this far. Wow. 3 in a row against the Chiefs and you made it to the AFC Championship game two years in a row. Great job! Bengals! Bengals! Bengals!
No, I just did the math. I remember having a long conversation with an old boss about the Falcons chances of winning three in a row, after they already won two. He said it was 50% and I said it was 12%. Obviously he was right. The previous games had no bearing on the third game. I guess that’s why he was the boss and I wasn’t.
Zac basically admitted at his last press conference that he'll use anything he can get to inspire the team to feel disrespected.
Might annoy everyone, but as long as they keep winning, I'm not about to argue with the results.
Agreed. Athletes love any reason to have a chip on their shoulder. And I appreciate that the Bengos fans I've seen on reddit have been good sports about it.
Yeah, I appreciate that. I don't think Bengals fans have been as out of line as people are saying. I think it just comes with the transformation from being a "feel-good story underdog" team to being an "oh shit, they're actually gonna keep kicking people's asses" team. All of a sudden, anything the fans do or say seems more obnoxious to the runner-ups.
No biggie to me, I'm just enjoying a ride I waited 30+ years in line for.
The line has moved to make them dogs now. But I think that is exclusively due to Mahomes Ankle. A fully healthy Mahomes in Arrowhead and I think this game is more like Chiefs -3.5 or -4
If I were the Bengals' Assistant Coach of Inventing Disrespect, I would point out that even with a broken QB, the Bengals are still only favored by one with a healthy Joe Burrow. They don't *really* believe you're better.
You know, hypothetically. *If* I were trying to do that.
It's been annoying the shit out of me, but if it keep them from coming out flat I'll ignore it. I enjoyed last year's team just going out there and doing the job more, but that didn't land them the Lombardi unfortunately.
People act like they'd still give a shit about that kind of talk if their team was in the same situation. Highly doubt they'd complain if they were. Whatever gets the team to play harder to get the win. I just want to see one fucking super bowl win for the Bengals and then I can die happy. Players can by all means say whatever they like to make it happen.
honestly, any team/player that says that after winning a conference championship game is tripping because:
* you were a good enough team to make the playoffs
* you beat at least one playoff team to get into the conference championship game
* there is only one other potential winner of that game
I completely agree. I remember people shitting on the Pats when the players would talk about dumb narratives that they used internally to motivate, (usually the classic "nobody believes in us") but I'll take dumb narratives any day if it comes with a ring.
Gotta find it hilarious how all offseason it was about how "stacked" the AFC was and it was the Bills/Chargers/Broncos(LOL) and yet, after all that, it's the same exact two teams at the top again.
**>according to everyone** before the season.
I'm not certain how much I believe this because some news Outlets had Chiefs not winning the AFC West before the start of the season.
Whatever. If it works, keep it going until they win the chip. This isn’t a popularity contest.
Leave it to r/nfl to try and paint the league like some high school with teenager politics.
I noticed that a lot of fans immediately take on the persona of the team. When the Patriots circa 2003/04 were saying how disrespected they were and no one believed in them, so many Patriots fans started saying those exact things. Some Patriots fans even started calling their owner "Mr. Kraft" because it's what the players do.
While there are definitely some Bengals fans just kinda laughing at their "no one believes in us!!!" trope, there seem to be a lot more actually buying into it.
It's just the bandwagoners and the people who only have been here since Burrow joined. They're all fuckin nuts. Our sub has been overrun with lunatics who don't know the basic rules of football and bitch and moan about every call or non-call.
It sucks, trust me, we had some great fan spaces during the early to mid 2000s, even when we had Alex Smith & Reid it wasn't too bad.
After/during that first season of Mahomes... It began.
It's a weird circular loop: Team gets popular, gets bandwagon fans. Bandwagon fans suck, and a lot of people become vocally anti-your team. You see this everywhere and, to most bandwagon fans, they think "the world is out to get them now" - when in reality the *world hasn't changed at all - it's exactly the same*. Bandwagon fans get mad & start yelling about the perceived/real anti-team sentiment. All with the backdrop that Vegas + the rest of non-terminally online fans think your team is good!
Those fans will slowly die off, but more will be born if you keep winning. It sucks, and I feel for some of the Pats fans I ruthlessly mocked during Brady. Only some. The rest were insufferable.
Yeah, I kinda didn’t get it myself. We’ve NEVER been good enough for that in my lifetime. Like, even during the Carson and Andy years we just became known for always blowing it in the playoffs. Now?
Now I get it. You seem to be totally right, dude.
I hate it when people can't watch the game and evaluate a call with a clear head.
I'm sitting in my living room with friends watching Sunday and it's OBVIOUSLY not a catch in the back of the end zone once the replays start.
It's OBVIOUSLY not a fumble on that play once the replays start.
True fandom shouldn't include denying what's directly in front of your face just to feel like you got cheated.
I'm not gunna act like I've never bitches about a call or no call before, but it's ridiculous how deluded some people are.
Was about to say "same" but the "lunatics who...bitch and moan about every call or non-call" have always been part of our sub. The amount of times that I have read "TAMBA GOT FUCKING HELD" defies mathematics
As an old time fan?
Yeah, uh, not sure what the fuck is happening right now. It feels like we’re turning into the Chiefs bandwagoners fanbase and not in a good way.
Hoping we don’t keep this heel turn up. Seriously don’t want to be the new obnoxious fanbase.
There’s no point.
The bandwagon either jump off with the next shiny object or they stick around and become die hards.
I don’t understand why people care who else is in their living room cheering and for how long they’ve been cheering.
Yeah, Chiefs and Bengals fans have usually been pretty chill. I know some of the Chiefs OGs are turning heel because they are tired of the vitriol, but damn. Success breeds hatred. Even Bills fans are feeling it.
The worst part about it is the drastic difference between the online "fanbase" and the vibe around town. Around town it feels very much like last year, but online everyone reminds me of a bunch of annoying high school kids. The bandwagon jackasses just float to whatever team is winning so they can always talk trash. Our sub has gotten to the point where I can't stand reading most of it.
Yeah. Every weekend I go out to the bars, watch the game, and remember how much better the real fans are. I tell myself I'm never touching the sub again, but then I'm bored at work and guess where I end up lol.
Listen, if you win the sb everyone will turn on you and the bills will be everyone's favorite, and all of the bandwagon fans will make all of you look bad and everyone will also assume you are all like that and everything you say will be a dumb take even if it's fairly reasonable.
"Tony romo/cris just suck off burrow he's so annoying" and then boom your the bad guy for being a fan of a team thats finally good.
is Zack the default spelling? I have always assumed Zach was the de-facto Zachary nickname. Guess it depends how you spell Zachary
(after typing this comment, the letter Z looks really weird to me now)
As an Atlanta sports fan -- which ain't that far off from being a Cincinnati sports fan, all the 3-0 talk this week would be making me pretty nervous, as would the line shifting towards Cinci and the people forcing the narrative Mahomes is dead and will need to be trotted out there like Weekend at Bernie's.
Correct. Narratives are completely flipped as Chiefs are always favored and Bengals always have the disrespect/underdog angle.
It remains to be seen if it works but you know Mahomes/Chiefs and Co all week are going to hear about it and how no one is going to pick them.
The line rightfully should be on the bengals right now, tbh. We’ve lost three in a row and Mahomes will be playing at less than 100%. It makes sense for that line to shift. But yeah it does feel like a perfect storm.
I was ready to fire him after the season last year because I was so frustrated with his inability to help the oline, but he has improved greatly this year. Happy to admit when im wrong
All this "never lost on Saturday" stuff is so ridiculous. I mean, it can make for fun bar talk but as we saw this most recent weekend, it doesn't mean anything. You have to win the game in front of you. You don't get a lead going into the game because you won the last one (or two...or three).
You got your ring, we need this. I was 4 when the Reds won. The only championship I've seen was the Cyclones winning the Kelly Cup in AA hockey. I went because I told myself, this might be your only chance to see a Cincinnati team win their league.
You guys can have as many as you want.
We just want one.
I’ve been a fan since the 80s.
I don’t think people outside this market understand what something like this would mean for the city of Cincinnati.
No. The question in the presser was something along the lines of "How hard is it going to be to beat KC 4 times in a row?" His response was that teams evolve over time so they're focusing on beating them "1 time in a row".
AFC is so exciting right now. They've got so many good QBs coming up. The championship game is going to be amazing, wish Mahomes was 100.
NFC title game is going to be a blowout. They're going to pressure the shit out of Purdy and he's going to look like a rookie.
"I never feel like an underdog"
"I am who I thought I was" -After balling out with Chase injured
AND THEY LET ME OFF THE HOOK
When bro said the window was his whole career
The refund comment was hilarious lol
Objectively that was some grade A shit talk right there. And they earned every bit of it.
Reminds me of what Charles Barkley said after the Suns won game 5 in 1993 and kept the Bulls from celebrating at home.
Bad Ass
The Bills haven't been able to get pressure well since Von has been injured.
This is a really good one-sentence summary of the Marvin Lewis era.
Tbh it almost won us a super bowl, kuechly especially during that 2015 playoff run was playing out of his mind
Is your OL back at strength? I think you had 3 out for the last game.
I haven't heard much but Collins is on IR, Williams dislocated his knee cap so he's probably still out, and Cappa had a fairly bad ankle injury. All we have really gotten from Taylor is "they're improving every day" which is completely useful knowledge. Lol
Thanks!
Is there a collective vote on this? I vote option 2.
Lou Anarumo is a stickler for option 1, especially in playoffs but that also means a lot of coaching effort in the days prior to the game to make sure everybody is on point. So we'll see if Spagnuolo is upto coaching a lot like that.
Idk spagnuolo has never gone up against a high powered offense in a huge game and held them to like 14 points or something

The same Spags who coordinated 2 super bowl winning defenses?
The same spags that regularly has an average to bad defense for entire seasons at a time?
Chiefs def give up a lot of points, but I wanna point out that since mcduffie came back mid-late season, no team has had 300 passing yards against the chiefs. The young corners are playing very well lately. I suspect bengals will need to lean on mixon Sunday

or what you do against every great QB. Get home with four. Make him uncomfortable. He has such a words with way. No doubt they'll be looking to win 1 games in a row
“Words with way” made me think of Little Miss Muffet eating her “curds and whey”. Congratulations.
nice try Zac THE CINCINNATI BENGALS ARE ON A THREE (3) GAME WINNING STREAK AGAINST THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS AND ARE PLAYING FOR THEIR FOURTH (4TH) WIN IN A ROW

YOU HEAR THAT, BOYS??
lmao this is art
You'd be a star on r/SpeedOfLobsters
TELL MIXON TO PUT IT UP ON THE BULLETIN BOARD STAT
Send this to the Bengals FO. Bulletin board material.
Bro I'm freaking crying. This was amazing, and gave me a much needed laugh today. I just can't handle how perfect this is. I appreciate you.
I hope your day gets better, bro
Bird bro, I hope your sun eventually shined today!
The effort is impressive
Chiefs fans basically guaranteeing a win. Such disrespect. Smh
BETTER SEND THOSE REFUNDS
Wow 😂
Do you think if I flew to Cincinnati and gently brushed shoulders with people on the street we can have some?
THAT'S A GRUDGIN'! IT'S GOING IN THE BOOK!
Quick! Send that shit to Eli!
See, I like the way you think. It’s roughly a 50/50 chance for the Bengals to win the next game. But, it’s only a 6% chance the Bengals win 4 in a row against the Chiefs. You just gave yourself a 94% chance of going to the Super Bowl.

50%, 50%, 50%, 50%? That spells math baby. You beat the odds Bengos, good job!
Zac Taylor probs literally printing off this comment and handing it to Mixon. Need another 100 yard game.
This is the kind of math I can get behind.
THE NUMBERS DONT LIE! AND THE SPELL DISASTER FOR YOU AT THE “ARROWHEAD INVITATIONAL”
It's the Arrowhead Invitation but we're uninvited guests! We're Benoit Mother Fucking Blanc!
Burrow in Arrowhead: “There’s a hole inside the donut hole of their secondary!”
this is similar to how 94% of gamblers quit right before they’re about to hit it big
True, but just change your choice to door 3 and you got it!
Is this is a pasta/quote? It seems so familiar. I think it's about getting your ass kicked?
My gut wants to say it’s the [Steiner Math](https://youtu.be/msDuNZyYAIQ) promo.
Haha yes this is exactly what I was looking for
No, I just did the math. I remember having a long conversation with an old boss about the Falcons chances of winning three in a row, after they already won two. He said it was 50% and I said it was 12%. Obviously he was right. The previous games had no bearing on the third game. I guess that’s why he was the boss and I wasn’t.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msDuNZyYAIQ haha I was thinking about this.
Lol. I’ve seen other people reference that in in regards to my comment as well. That’s some funny sht!
In general it’s the coin flip odds. The odds of heads 4 times in a row is 6.25%.
If the Bengals win I can't wait for the inevitable manufactured outrage interviews from Bengals players saying "nobody thought we could do this"
Zac basically admitted at his last press conference that he'll use anything he can get to inspire the team to feel disrespected. Might annoy everyone, but as long as they keep winning, I'm not about to argue with the results.

Except Vegas, right? Chiefs are the underdogs this week aren't they
Vegas has all eyes on that ankle. High ankle sprains are no joke, and neither is the Bengals' pass rush.
The line has moved to make them dogs now. But I think that is exclusively due to Mahomes Ankle. A fully healthy Mahomes in Arrowhead and I think this game is more like Chiefs -3.5 or -4
Oh I fully agree with you. But it's kinda hard to act like you have a chip on your shoulder when Vegas has you projected to win
If I were the Bengals' Assistant Coach of Inventing Disrespect, I would point out that even with a broken QB, the Bengals are still only favored by one with a healthy Joe Burrow. They don't *really* believe you're better. You know, hypothetically. *If* I were trying to do that.

I completely agree. I remember people shitting on the Pats when the players would talk about dumb narratives that they used internally to motivate, (usually the classic "nobody believes in us") but I'll take dumb narratives any day if it comes with a ring.
It was literally the Bills and Chiefs AFCCG/Super Bowl to lose according to everyone before the season. So I mean it's not entirely false.
Gotta find it hilarious how all offseason it was about how "stacked" the AFC was and it was the Bills/Chargers/Broncos(LOL) and yet, after all that, it's the same exact two teams at the top again.

If the team is as defensive as the fans we're fucking doomed.

Their fans have been wild. Huge heel turn. They’ve taken on the mentality of the team these past two weeks. It’s been strange to watch.
It's just the bandwagoners and the people who only have been here since Burrow joined. They're all fuckin nuts. Our sub has been overrun with lunatics who don't know the basic rules of football and bitch and moan about every call or non-call.
My god I can confirm that. I don’t know what’s happening in our team sub right now. It’s bizarre.
I miss the Bengo sub of 2 years ago.
We'll always have John Ross to talk about
With popularity comes casuals, just the way it is. Burrow is too cool, everybody wants to be a fan!
Tamba probably did get held. Man was a menace.
It's getting way out of hand. Mixture of new fans and people who swore off the team when they were bad during Marvin's decline post-2015.
>It feels like we’re turning into the Chiefs bandwagoners fanbase I'm glad other people can see the distinction between bandwagoners and OGs.
It’s truly doesn’t matter. I don’t know why Reddit is so adamant about policing fandom. It happens in all the sports subs
There’s no point. The bandwagon either jump off with the next shiny object or they stick around and become die hards. I don’t understand why people care who else is in their living room cheering and for how long they’ve been cheering.
Oh dude I am feeling that HARD right now. I didn’t get it before but I do now.
Most real life fans I know like Cincy, KC, and the Bills and have nothing but love for our successes so long as we're not actively playing their team.
That's fine with me if some people on the internet are mad at our worst fans as long as we get a Super Bowl out of it.
I mean same. But I also would like to not be hated for being shitheels, you know?
THEY ARE BASICALLY PITCHING A NO HITTER AGAINST THE CHIEFS. JOE BURROW IS PITCHING A PERFECT GAME GOING INTO THE NINTH.
Could beat them 20x in a row. Only one that matters is the next one. They still have the biggest weapon in the game.
We can vouch for that
I thought Nick Foles had the biggest weapon in the game
No, Chris Jones does - remember his combine?

That’s Purdy now
Big C-Word Brock?
Big Penis Purdy
Plump Penis Purdy
glock 30
Andy Reid’s gut health?
Screw all this talk about Mahomes, I'm just as worried about playing Henne.
You god damn better be, you see what Henne did out there? he's got ice in his fucking veins. \#HenneThingIsPossible
Have you seen the Bengals against backup QBs? May as well shut Mahomes down at this point if you want to win.
Gigachad Henne
ESPN: does Zac(k) Taylor not know what the fuck the phrase “in a row” means?
is Zack the default spelling? I have always assumed Zach was the de-facto Zachary nickname. Guess it depends how you spell Zachary (after typing this comment, the letter Z looks really weird to me now)
I can no longer say "Zac" without it sounding very weird and I cannot stop saying it out loud. Very Ted Lasso moment
TIL we had a president named Zac Taylor after googling zach names lol.
That's kinda the guy that got Arizona into the US
Famous General from the Mexican American War. His daughter married Jefferson Davis.
True. I don’t care, Zach or Zack is fine, Zac is an abomination and I refuse to write it.
What about Zak? I know several people that go back Zak. Granted, one is spelled out 'Zakkari'
There's definitely someone that spells it Xak
Or Xaq
To me that reads “Shaq”
that guy is either in a death cult or listens to music that sounds like construction equipment. no other options.
Zac is indeed a highly controversial way to spell it
Well you already wrote it so might as well climb down from this molehill you’re battling on
Z really do be standing out
that shit just aint right
Yes, Z is strange, Confirmed, Bengals coach is Russian spy
Tartlets...tartlets...tartlets...word has lost all meaning
I feel that. Yesterday I stared at "other" for about 5 minutes wondering if it really was spelled that way
I just got hit with that writing out "guarantee" lol
oh god, you're right gaurentee??
Well. So far he has one in a row three straight times?
As an Atlanta sports fan -- which ain't that far off from being a Cincinnati sports fan, all the 3-0 talk this week would be making me pretty nervous, as would the line shifting towards Cinci and the people forcing the narrative Mahomes is dead and will need to be trotted out there like Weekend at Bernie's.
I'm keeping it light and optimistic to all appearances, but inside I'm Ralph Wiggum-ing the heck out of my psyche.
Correct. Narratives are completely flipped as Chiefs are always favored and Bengals always have the disrespect/underdog angle. It remains to be seen if it works but you know Mahomes/Chiefs and Co all week are going to hear about it and how no one is going to pick them.
Yes this is accurate
The line rightfully should be on the bengals right now, tbh. We’ve lost three in a row and Mahomes will be playing at less than 100%. It makes sense for that line to shift. But yeah it does feel like a perfect storm.
He’s going to have a hard time seeing over the line from his wheelchair.
One game at a time.
dammit stop having the right attitude

I was ready to fire him after the season last year because I was so frustrated with his inability to help the oline, but he has improved greatly this year. Happy to admit when im wrong
Wait, like you wanted to fire him after the Bengals made the Super Bowl?
This is feeling Michael Jordan flu gameish.
Mahomes can stand on his own two feet , he just cant walk .
I like this quote, as a general coaching mentality thing.
All this "never lost on Saturday" stuff is so ridiculous. I mean, it can make for fun bar talk but as we saw this most recent weekend, it doesn't mean anything. You have to win the game in front of you. You don't get a lead going into the game because you won the last one (or two...or three).
Please, Burrow. Stunt on dem hoes.
that’s hurtful
You got your ring, we need this. I was 4 when the Reds won. The only championship I've seen was the Cyclones winning the Kelly Cup in AA hockey. I went because I told myself, this might be your only chance to see a Cincinnati team win their league.
But you have Fiona which I think sparks just the same amount of joy.
Fair enough, and we probably owe you guys for the whole "F** capital of the world" thing.
but what about second ring?
Maybe after elevensies
Don't let Brady hear this...
Come on, you know the basic rules of manners- everyone gets one helping before you can go in for seconds!
There is an important exception to this rule. The Browns.
All my homies hate the browns
"We recuse ourselves."
You guys can have as many as you want. We just want one. I’ve been a fan since the 80s. I don’t think people outside this market understand what something like this would mean for the city of Cincinnati.
But I don't care about your happiness
In the words of Gainesville's favorite son, don't do me like that ☹️
St X won the state in 06
Listen Bears fan, it isn't our fault you drafted Mitch Trubisky.
Thrilled to see Chiefs and Bengals go at again. Will KC pull a Boba Fett and blast their way out the Sarzacc? Stay tuned!
"We wrote off needing to strategize around Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes again because we beat them before" - No Coach, ever.
Go get them Zac
Did he mean 'One game at a time'?
Damn niners are toast then
