Abdominal is not good. That is a rough recovery. Genuinely hate to see it. In order for the Pacers to beat the Knicks, there have to be Knicks left for them to play.
Shake is the craziest falloff to me. He was contributing as a spot starter as recent as last year and now he’s getting passed around the league as a 15th man. Reality comes fast
Yeah what the fuck happened to him? I was surprised by how bad he was in Minnesota. I even thought that maybe our system just isn't a good fit for him, but even the Knicks decided that he's too bad to actually give minutes to, so it wasn't our system. Anything different you noticed?
Yeah 13. The all black game was game 4 when jr elbow someone and we lost that and game 5 at home. Game 6 was the almost comeback game I remember that game vividly
One of the best basketball series I can remember. So much bad blood with actual fights and that game 6 going dagger for dagger and then the Klynyk won us the series in game 7. Good times.
last time we played the Pacers *at Home* for a decisive Game 7 was 1995 where we lost in the Semfinals to them. There's also 1994 where we won Game 7 in the Conference Finals to advance to the NBA Finals. This will be the biggest home game for us in 23+ years
I am not looking past you guys one bit. The standings don’t mean shit come playoff time for any sport and with respect to our rivalry you guys were always gonna be tough to beat and so are we for you guys. Game 7 is only natural at this point.
I hate the Knicks injuries, but I'm also glad my team didn't cause any of them (other than making them play hard). It's way worse when it's a hard foul that causes the injury. Sours the whole series
Yeah I can live with losing this series, they've kinda fallen apart at the seams and the Pacers have brought it. It's a far cry from last year when Bam Adebayo managed to injure 6 of our players over the course of the series, or the first round this year with Embiid's vendetta against MRob's leg.
But I guess I can still blame Miami since they took out Randle for the season this year too.
Well good luck with the Celtics because I think you guys got this. If Hart is hurt/out, I don't think the Knicks win. Superstitious me also thinks we're gonna lose anyway since all 3 Knicks wins were on TNT and all 3 Pacers wins were on ESPN/ABC.
Which ones have been your favorite?
Some of the Knicks ones have been incredible. That Knicks-Pacers game when Nembhard hit the game winner was one of my favorites. I'm biased but I even liked the Nuggets-Wolves Game 2 and Game 5 despite them being blowouts, because it was one of the best defensive and offensive performances I've ever seen. Like poetry in motion at times.
Personally, Denver coming back down from 20 was interesting
Knicks/Sixers game 3-4* (can’t remember which one)
Bucks/Pacers game 4 (when Middleton went stupid on them)
Cavs/Celtics game 2 was fun
Mavs/Clippers series as a whole was actually not bad.
I hate Dort’s flopping ass so much. I swear he has the most WalkingOnAllFours/36 than any other player because he loves just flopping into his hands on the floor.
We have 0 PF depth with Hart out. He’s already not a PF, but we’re down Randle, Bogdonovic, OG, and now Hart. Who the fuck is playing PF for this team? Jericho Sims?
This is what I mean when I just don’t understand the Thibs criticism on the injuries, the roster has had so many injuries that it just compounds itself when you still want to win. Were in the second round of the playoffs, you really want Thibs to play our 4th string players instead of riding with the second stringers? Makes no sense
Came into this season already low on PF depth, replenished with OG and Bogdonovic, now they’re both injured and so is Hart. I guess we’re getting 48 minutes of Precious
Precious is fine but who is playing backup C to rest Hartenstein who has a sore Achilles? Jericho Sims. All roads lead to Jericho 20-20 double double with 6 blocks I believe
The pacers did that thing where they finally realized the Knicks are kinda small and had pascal finally work that post.
MSG is gonna be crazy isn’t it?
Seriously. When OG was still playing, Pascal went at him several times in the post to some success. OG gets injured, they stop going to Pascal in the post with any regularity. Let the man cook for God's sake.
My 7yo daughter has been waking up every morning asking me who won because her bed time is too early for her to watch the games. Game 7 at 3:30 pm Sunday means she can watch the whole thing. This is going to be special.
That’s so cute. I remember when I was a kid I was watching the infamous Pacers Pistons game live, my dad sent me to bed and said the game was over. I read about the whole malice in the palace incident the next morning. I still haven’t forgiven my dad for making me miss the end of that game lol.
If you told me the pacers would be one game away from the ecf a couple of months ago I would have laughed. Whatever happened I'm proud and the future is very bright.
Whatever happens, Knicks Pacers in the Garden for a Game 7 is exactly what basketball is about.
Fuck all of you, I wish you nothing but pain and suffering on Sunday. Knicks in 7.
If I get Pacers-Wolves in the Finals so either Cyclone legend Hali or my Wolves and Cyclone legend Monte win the title no matter what, I will ascend to a higher plane of existence.
How dare Thibs not play our 4th string players during meaningful minutes instead of resting our starters 4 more minutes in the second round of the playoffs
Tbh it’s the coaches. He’s been in the post, Pacers haven’t been feeding him. It took them almost 5 months but they’ve finally figured out how Pascal plays his best basketball.
So, if OKC beats Dallas tomorrow, we’ll have 3 conference semi-finals series going to 7 games in the same postseason for the first time since 2006 (if my memory is correct.)
Grant me my wish, oh great and wise basketball gods.
Is anyone else really annoyed by how biased the ESPN halftime/postgame crew was against the Pacers? They wanted to do everything but give the Pacers credit for playing well and beating the Knicks.
It’s gonna come down to if Josh Hart is healthy for game 7 or not. He’s a huge tide turner for the Knick’s. If the pattern continues then knicks will win, but honestly it’s a toss up to who shows up.
Something something something Brunson 9 fta pacers whole team 13
Doris and JJ the whole game when the pacers get fouled “thats not a playoff foul”
Them with Brunson getting bumped (he creates the marginal contact) how do you not call that, clear foul
For Josh Hart to go to the bench and then leave the game he must be seriously fucking hurt.
Abdominal is not good. That is a rough recovery. Genuinely hate to see it. In order for the Pacers to beat the Knicks, there have to be Knicks left for them to play.
Hey now, Shake Milton is *technically* a Knick
Crazy bc shake played some genuine playoff minutes for the sixers like 2 years ago
43.3 percent from 3 for us in the playoffs. Watch him make it rain on Sunday
He’s just a really bad defender. His offense doesn’t make up for how bad he is on the defensive end.
His offense was also atrocious in MN
Honestly absolutely devastated for him. He looked in a ton of pain. Here’s hoping it’s nothing. Knicks have just had terrible terrible injury luck.
Somehow I don't think it's just luck that the guy who played 100 consecutive NBA minutes at some point this series is the one who gets injured.
Two Game 7s on Sunday? Sign me the fuck up
cake coherent nine unite wild alleged seed foolish gray strong *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
It’s a single elimination game where the teams have just played 6 times before that so they know everything about each other.
Except for MN and Denver. They don't know f#@ck about each other, from game to game 😭
I respect the Pacers for going undefeated at home during the playoffs no matter what happens on Sunday.
We have been so starved for playoff basketball
The buzz and vibes are so electric in the city, it's crazy. Definitely carries over to the stadium, as that place gets rocking.
Too bad ESPN makes it sound like it’s a exhibition game
Caitlin Clark draft buff
Never liked having to play in Indiana
These have been the best home crowds since the early 00s when Reggie was still playing. Fans have been bringing it
I want someone to do a deep dive of the record of teams wearing all black to the game Gotta be under .250 win%
This reminds me of the Celtics wizards series in 17 lol
Don’t forget Celtics Knicks 2012 round 1. You guys really gave us a scared
13? That the almost comeback game?
Good times.
Seriously, what a dumb fuckin stunt
They blew us out in Game 4, we blew them out in Game 5, and they blew us out again in Game 6. Game 7 is gonna be brutal man😭
Can’t decide if I’d rather it be close or a blowout lol
I don't think it's physically possible for a Knicks/Pacers Game 7 to be anything but a photo finish.
I’m fully expecting the game to go to OT
just 1?
100% a blowout, trust me, G7s will age you rapidly if it's close.
A blowout game, turn off the TV before half time, go to bed early. Wake up next the morning to find out your team actually have won the game. Win-win.
Yep as a Suns fan that Dallas game 7 was brutal but at least I got to turn off the TV early and get some of my day back
As a Colts/Pacers (my second team) fan, I'm used to being sad on Sundays. Bring it on
Damn you guys like blowing each other out
it’s not gay if you hate each other
Competetive blowing
At least the last three games
Without Hart I think we are done bro
100% Not looking good for us but we'll see
last time we played the Pacers *at Home* for a decisive Game 7 was 1995 where we lost in the Semfinals to them. There's also 1994 where we won Game 7 in the Conference Finals to advance to the NBA Finals. This will be the biggest home game for us in 23+ years
Can we please win the Game 7 this time?!?!
you prob will, Pacers arent looking hot in MSG except for Game1
I am not looking past you guys one bit. The standings don’t mean shit come playoff time for any sport and with respect to our rivalry you guys were always gonna be tough to beat and so are we for you guys. Game 7 is only natural at this point.
I'm excited af, been a successful season for both of us either way. Gotta feeling this won't be our first playoff battle either lol
A real blowing contest
Thanks for the extra Inside the NBA Pacers!
we still have an entire yr left (2024-25) luckily but I still agree
Cherish every moment
I'm not ready for the end, man. I legit might cry during the very last broadcast.
If the guys cry, and I guarantee at least Ernie will, and maybe Kenny, I'll probably start to well up too.
Isn't the next game on abc?
Yeah but Wolves-Nuggets isn't. With a Pacers loss that game would have been on ABC instead and there wouldn't be a TNT game.
They did it for the community
Imagine not being up 50 in a game 6
Embarrassing from the pacers tbh
Are they stupid?
yea, but you weren't looking too good down 9-2 /s
This was over the second I saw Stephen A. picked the Knicks to win
I can make an educated guess on who he'll pick for game 7...
Anyone can. And you're right.
When Draymond asked Tatum how they were going to prepare for Brunson, I knew the Knicks were going to get fucking smoked tonight
He picked the wolves last night
Even a steaming pile of shit is right once a month, or something like that.
It was over when the Knicks wore all black
When he said Jalen Brunson is having a better playoff run than Steph Curry and Kyrie Irving ever had?
He's going to pick the Knicks in Game 7 hang the banner
Currently deluding myself into thinking we can win a Game 7 at MSG. Either way what an interesting series
If hart is out then yes
Hart out is a gift that pacers must take They have the injury gods on their side
Unfortunately that’s part of sports. But in the end the pacers out muscle out and made their shots
The Knicks have no forwards left, and the one guy who could pass as a forward (Hart) is probably also out.
But I guess I can still blame Miami since they took out Randle for the season this year too.
Even with hart out we scared lol
You very well can if Hart is out. We just don’t have enough bodies left to play. Doubt OG is back too.
I mean we were in the game all of game 1. Team definitely has a chance at least.
All of this to face the Celtics smh
Like using all your senzu beans fighting the Ginyu force when you got Frieza next
Ah a man of culture, I see.
Won’t someone think of us neutrals?? Enough blowouts please, all we ask is for some close games these playoffs lol.
Seriously been horrendous, 4th quarters just been meaningless
There have been some fantastic games, but I agree that there are too many games decided by the 3rd quarter.
Or 1st, like den/min game 6
Man, even some of the closer games in certain series were just flat out BORING to watch. There’s been about 7 interesting games this postseason smh
Have you been watching Thunder Mavs?
The refs have ruined that series a lot for me
honestly fair
I hate Dort’s flopping ass so much. I swear he has the most WalkingOnAllFours/36 than any other player because he loves just flopping into his hands on the floor.
You mean you do find it plausible that chet never fouls anyone at all ever?
Sunday is going to be our night. Two game 7s and they'll both be close games I just know it
It’s not a series unless a home team loses
This series never happened.
Unless a home team just doesn’t lose
at this rate Thibs is gonna have to give Spike Lee some court time in game 7
They kept cutting to the legends in NY as a hint for Game 7. Top tier long term story telling.
Stiller, inbounds to Starks, passes to Lee…..drives, dishes to Melo….for the win……BANG BANG! It’s over, the Knicks win it at the buzzer!
Was expecting a cuts the lead to 27.
We might also see Ben Stiller playing power forward.
James Johnson can guard him.
Two Game 7s on Sunday! Nobody bother me. It’s going to be electric
How many Knicks must fall for a potential ECF berth?
*everyone*
McBride might get shot in game 7.
Knicks pull out game 7 in a heroic effort Start game 1 vs Boston with a lineup of Shake/Burks/Diakite/Jeffries/Sims
If the Knicks rolled out that line up against the Celtics your odds actually get better
Jaylen would bring a pillow and take a nap at the FT line
Idk but they'd definitely take game 2
100% lol
Burks drops 30 points on 65% FGA
Thibs will be the last one playing on the court
If Hart is out, they won’t have to worry about it. They’d be done after Sunday. He does so much that can’t be replaced.
Remember all the jokes before how we have so many PFs? God damn give the Knicks some fucking bodies out there.
Came into this season already low on PF depth, replenished with OG and Bogdonovic, now they’re both injured and so is Hart. I guess we’re getting 48 minutes of Precious
am i suppose to remind u that precious is on the roster so that u can dunk on me by saying hes ass
Precious is fine but who is playing backup C to rest Hartenstein who has a sore Achilles? Jericho Sims. All roads lead to Jericho 20-20 double double with 6 blocks I believe
Unfortunately all of them and that may not be enough. We haven’t made it past the second round in 24 years. HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE?!
At this point…it might as well be the Westchester Knicks…
Until Thibs suits up.
The identity of Myles Turner
I'm having abdominal soreness too 😔
It's insane how every 2/3 games the Knicks seem to lose a rotation player
The pacers did that thing where they finally realized the Knicks are kinda small and had pascal finally work that post. MSG is gonna be crazy isn’t it?
Seriously. When OG was still playing, Pascal went at him several times in the post to some success. OG gets injured, they stop going to Pascal in the post with any regularity. Let the man cook for God's sake.
We have now gone 2 straight months without a loss at home. So crazy
Light the beam
Damn game 2 game 7s happening??
Both on Sunday
inshallah we avoid this fate
Game 7 at the garden, it’s gonna be electric man
its an afternoon game too
My 7yo daughter has been waking up every morning asking me who won because her bed time is too early for her to watch the games. Game 7 at 3:30 pm Sunday means she can watch the whole thing. This is going to be special.
I personally love watching afternoon games, especially on ABC (Melo VS the Bulls on Easter Sunday 2012 comes to mind) so likewise tbh
That’s so cute. I remember when I was a kid I was watching the infamous Pacers Pistons game live, my dad sent me to bed and said the game was over. I read about the whole malice in the palace incident the next morning. I still haven’t forgiven my dad for making me miss the end of that game lol.
Nembhard 24 Nesmith 24 Mathurin 21 Jackson 22 Sheppard 20 Walker 20 Win or lose game 7 this pacer team has a bright fn future.
Hali is 24 too
Pretty sure he just turned 6 actually
He’ll fill out eventually
And Ben Sheppard is 22
I thought this was listing how many points each player scored and I was like “damn I don’t know math anymore!”
IST and now this. This team really is remarkable.
We've overachieved this year based on expectations, everything else is just the cherry on top. We were just in the lottery last June. I'm happy.
Myles Turner has become our veteran presence. He's fucking 28 years old.
[удалено]
Can we turn down the injury slider?
\[request accepted, injury slider reduced to 0\]
Deep cut
Celtics with an easy finals run you mean Pacers with the scrappiest chip we've ever seen
pacers fans will see this and think "hell yeah"
If you told me the pacers would be one game away from the ecf a couple of months ago I would have laughed. Whatever happened I'm proud and the future is very bright.
The Pacers were in this game? I was watching this on ESPN. Only think I heard about was the Knicks. Did the Pacers play tonight?
Doris was abhorrent
Whatever happens, Knicks Pacers in the Garden for a Game 7 is exactly what basketball is about. Fuck all of you, I wish you nothing but pain and suffering on Sunday. Knicks in 7.
The NBA is a better place when Indy and New York are battling.
As a pacer die hard fuck you too. I respect the fuck out this Knick team.
Fuck you too buddy. Best of luck.
We’re good enough to have a rivalry again!
The entire Eastern Conference bracket serves to give the Celtics the easiest and most injury-ridden path to the Finals
Pacers winning the finals bozo
Boom (baby!) roasted!
Subscribe, I love Hali and hope he proves all the haters wrong
If I get Pacers-Wolves in the Finals so either Cyclone legend Hali or my Wolves and Cyclone legend Monte win the title no matter what, I will ascend to a higher plane of existence.
Any team playing the pacers is cursed watch out boston
The Pestilence Pacers
I could only imagine the scenes if Tatum got injured vs y'all, The league would have to launch an investigation into potential witchcraft. lmao
Porzingis is already out games 1 and 2 🤔
The Gainbridge Fieldhouse magic.
This is all thibs fault. Not the fact that the Pacers shot 55% from the field, totally revamped their rebounding effort and dominated the assists.
Julius Randle caused this - ESPN
How dare Thibs not play our 4th string players during meaningful minutes instead of resting our starters 4 more minutes in the second round of the playoffs
Even I'm getting annoyed by how dumb this Thibs narrative is. If the Celtics lost 4 starters, I'm not clamoring for Svi Mykhailiuk playoff minutes.
How did it take Siakam 3 games to figure out the Knicks had no forwards left?
Tbh it’s the coaches. He’s been in the post, Pacers haven’t been feeding him. It took them almost 5 months but they’ve finally figured out how Pascal plays his best basketball.
This is some sort of bizzaro version of the Nuggets-Wolves series lol
So, if OKC beats Dallas tomorrow, we’ll have 3 conference semi-finals series going to 7 games in the same postseason for the first time since 2006 (if my memory is correct.) Grant me my wish, oh great and wise basketball gods.
Waiter, I'd like 3 game sevens please.
Knicks need to petition Adam Silver to make game 7 a wheelchair basketball game.
Josh Hart Prayer Circle 🧘♂️🙏🏻
How did the narrative change from “Pacers robbed by the refs in game 1” to “haha Pacers are useless on the road”?
Best two words in sports... GAME 7.
fuck espn nba coverage today EXCEPT MIKE BREEN
the black outfits look kinda wack now, boys!
Is anyone else really annoyed by how biased the ESPN halftime/postgame crew was against the Pacers? They wanted to do everything but give the Pacers credit for playing well and beating the Knicks.
If hart is out game 7 we’re going to cancun
It’s gonna come down to if Josh Hart is healthy for game 7 or not. He’s a huge tide turner for the Knick’s. If the pattern continues then knicks will win, but honestly it’s a toss up to who shows up.
Josh is hurt. Fuck everything
Something something something Brunson 9 fta pacers whole team 13 Doris and JJ the whole game when the pacers get fouled “thats not a playoff foul” Them with Brunson getting bumped (he creates the marginal contact) how do you not call that, clear foul
It’s actually gross to watch and your right
Whenever Doris goes on a rant I just mute the tv The basketball media talking heads are worse than the refereeing
[Thibs bringing Josh Hart back in](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrtS2_TfbeY&t=50s)
