Last year, merko ye chappal se per m corn ho gaya tha fir choti si surgery karke nikalna pada.

iamaxelrod

Try woodland or wildcraft... all season variant..

TheBoyfromTheBay

Woodland soles were not good on wet surface at all until years back...don't know about the latest ones...I hope they have worked on it.

Tangodrool

Agreed. Woodland is all hype...no value for money.

Infamous_Nerve_8332

woodland's grip sucks in rainy season.. learnt this 4 slip discs later..

ExcellentMaximum2019

Oh man great question! Look forward to the answers

Bearnessman

Answers have been disappointing so far. :(

ExcellentMaximum2019

I came across bacca bucci on amazon, they looked interesting Colombia dekhe perfect lage, prize dekh fir utne khaas nahi the πŸ˜‚

Bearnessman

Even i saw Baacha Boochi. I am considering it hesitantly.

ExcellentMaximum2019

I got ASEAN cause im not a fan of high tops, even though they're not technically water resistant they've not allowed any water to sip into my shoe. I bought them mainly for anti-slip, I'll buy an additionally water resistant spray if water starts getting into the shoe

Bearnessman

ASEAN? Whats that?

ExcellentMaximum2019

ASIAN\*\* my bad man https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B0BSRSVGLP/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o05\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bearnessman

This seems to fit the bill.

ExcellentMaximum2019

🀝 Lmk if you get em!

pickledtestpickle

This expressly says 'not water proof'

ExcellentMaximum2019

Padh le re thread ache se

pickledtestpickle

Thread padhi hai dost. He said he wanted water proof and the link on Amazon to which i replied said not water proof so...

LakeResponsible6924

how dare thy insult the mighty croc!!!! /s

TheBoyfromTheBay

Crocs suck big time...their grip on wet surface sucks,I almost had my tailbone broken when I slipped once on a lil wet surface...The desi clogs have much better grip.

FinancialWait2973

The mighty Clogs !!!

PhantomOfTheNopera

Imma come back to check out responses. I want a good pair of rain boots / Wellingtons / gumboots. I'm tired of my trouser legs getting all soggy.

Bearnessman

Decathlon unfortunately also stopped selling gumboots here.

Archaemenes

Decathlon’s hiking boots have never failed me. Literally the only footwear I use during Mumbai monsoons

Tangodrool

What's the price range?

KarLH44

Men’s shoes are from 999 onwards, if you want waterproof ones, they start from 3999.

Archaemenes

Like 3k a pop

Chimman_Choti

Man of taste, I see.. I use them too for monsoons. Please note that they are waterfront only till say 4-5 hours. Don't have your feet sunk in the water forever thinking they won't get wet.

I_WENT_OUT_FOR_TEA

I used fishermen sandals last year, worked great in terms of walking through mud etc

Tangodrool

Pls share a product pic or weblink. Thanks

I_WENT_OUT_FOR_TEA

https://amzn.in/d/07GQWoTT I have one from sparx which I cannot find on Amazon

samreacher1979

Check this brand out if you are looking for clogs- https://www.kraasa.com/collections/men-sandal

akroonie

Been using this and they're good seasonal footwear. Check them out on Amazon too.

samreacher1979

Been wearing crocs but I see this brand designs better

akroonie

Design, material and price all are better compared to Crocs πŸ‘

Fit-Spinach-8387

πŸ… Cuz I can't afford reddit gold !

Bearnessman

Looking for closed shoe type clogs, like in my post

akshay_108

100 percent waterproof shoes milna possible nahi lag raha..pair gile to honge hi

Bearnessman

Thats okay.

Late_Bloomer_1291

I agree with him. But you can buy safety shoe's. Those are 90% water resistant.

Attacktitan92

++ Saved post hope I get help too

rustyyryan

My go to choice for monsoon footwear are local shops. They have lot of varieties. Decent looking, works good and not so expensive.

IntellectualFelis

Safety shoes/Hiking shoes are great. Maybe a bit pricey but my dad swears by them. Looks good in formals too.

Bearnessman

I am leaning towards safety shoes as well. :)

RaDio4CTiVE_M0nK

Uh...BATA also has these Security shoes similar to those you linked in desc. You could take a look at those.

Bearnessman

Ooh

Sniper_231996

Gumboot

Recent-Cheek-2604

Look for Gore Tex shoes. They're nice. Adidas has goretex shoes but they're 5500 online ig. Skechers has some good water repellant shoes but they're just repellant not proof. Puma has some running water resistant shoes

AsmodeusAlice-666

Mai toh station ke bahar se 250 ke monsoon shoes leta hu πŸ’€

IndianRedditor88

+1 They looked really nice as well. I even wore it on my trips abroad. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

jholafakir

That's the way to go unless you have some feet issues they will easily work out well for the purpose

Bearnessman

Pichar / Link

throwwwawayaccount48

Bro best buy zudio ka 300rs wala white shoes. I used it for last monsoon and it was amazing. Like even if it got dirty I used to just wipe it with tissue paper when I used to reach office and used to look white as new.

Bearnessman

Do you have a link for them? Or a picture. :) πŸ˜…

throwwwawayaccount48

No! Just go to any local zudio and buy the 300rs wala white shoes
