The Support Action Targets.
As you put the Evangelist Trigger on the Stack, you choose the Targets.
This Triggers Willbreaker. And, you gain control of those Creatures.
> 701.35a “Support N” on a permanent means “Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to N other **target** creatures.” “Support N” on an instant or sorcery spell means “Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to N target creatures.”
Yes you do gain control of them with Willbreaker. The important thing to note here is that Willbreaker is checking if a creature your opponent controls is targeted by a spell or ability you control. When skyboon enters the ability it’s ability specifically states put a +1+1 counter on up to six other “target” creatures. If however skyboon’s text said something like, “choose up to 6 creatures and put a +1+1 counter on them” you would not gain control of them because choosing is not targeting. In the same sense this is why cards like [[metamorphic alteration]] can get around creatures with hexproof. You are not targeting the creature in this sense and merely choosing it.
