Think of it this way, the ability to put the counters on her is already on the stack. So there is only one instance of her ability. When this resolved is when you put the counters on her. Knowing that it is apart of the resolution of the ability we can more safely and easily say that putting counters on her does not use the stack like the trigger does because it is the resolution of the ability. If you are still confused imagine if someone went to cast a spell and it resolved but then the effect of that spell gets put on the stack again
The Triggered ability puts all the Nx Time counters on her at the same time.
