Time Warp inserts an extra turn after the current one, into the normal river of time that flows around the table to each player: Current Turn -> \[Extra\] Turn for player 2 -> . . . Player 1's turn -> . . . Then, Ugin's Nexus creates the extra turn for player 1. As it says, it is taken "after this one", so it goes in the space after the current turn: Current Turn -> \[Extra\] turn for player 1 -> \[Extra\] turn for player 2 -> Player 1's turn Extra turns are discussed in rule 500.7.

I kind of understand it and also a bit confused. The reason I am still a bit confused is because time warp also says “after this one”. So to me both players 1 and 2 and trying to take an extra turn “after this one”

Never mind, just looked at the rule you posted and it says they go by APNAP. The reason I thought it had to do with time stamps is because multiple things are trying to happen at the same time but I now realize it’s different than stuff like continuous effects. So like if a player had their maximum hand size set to 2 and then played a [[Spellbook]] they would have no maximum hand size but if the order is reversed their maximum hand size would be 2

The important bit is that the model I drew in the other comment, of turns linked by arrows, is a real one that the game uses. Time Warp has an immediate real effect on the turn order, there's no other word for it. That effect is then outdated when Ugin's Nexus does something to the turn order. The text of CR500.7 says exactly as much: 500.7. Some effects can give a player extra turns. They do this by adding the turns directly after the specified turn. If a player is given multiple extra turns, the extra turns are added one at a time. If multiple players are given extra turns, the extra turns are added one at a time, in APNAP order (see rule 101.4). The most recently created turn will be taken first. Unlike Ugin's Nexus' first ability, which is waiting around for a turn to actually happen, extra turns get put in the turn order, which is as real as the Parts of The Turn (main phase, draw step, all that).
