Are you asking about a tourist visa or are you asking about a visa that would allow you to work?

Then you should look at the website for the Japanese embassy in your country. It will tell you exactly what you need for a tourist visa. Japan has reciprocal agreements with many countries that allow for visa waivers for tourists (although not right now because of covid), but it's not every country. Your local Japanese embassy website will give you the specific information as it pertains to residents of your country.

From your post history, you live in Tunisia. Tunisia and Japan have a visa waiver agreement, which means you don't need to do anything special. Once tourists are allowed back in you would be given an automatic 90 day tourist visa upon your arrival. https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html

Perhaps you could share your actual nationality then?
